Please note that roof, concrete, and retaining wall repairs will be taking place across the Whispering Pines complex. The estimated construction period is from mid-April 2025 to mid-May 2025. We appreciate your understanding.

With room to sleep ten, a prime location, a gorgeous setting and abundant luxuries, Family Gathering Whispering Pines 514 is the perfect home base for your Smoky Mountain vacation! This first-floor, four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo adds luxury to Tennessee charm. With a spacious, comfortably furnished balcony with serene views, carpeted and tiled floors and a cozy, corner gas fireplace.

After a day's adventuring at Dollywood, curl up in the comfortable leather living room furniture to enjoy a DVD on the large flat-screen TV. Or make your friends jealous by posting amazing vacation photos on your social media pages courtesy of the free Wi-Fi. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for two guests.

The cozy dining area has a table for six where your group can bond over a family meal or board game, with seating for two more at the breakfast bar. The stylish gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove and everything else you need to whip up a feast. The Whispering Pines resort boasts an indoor and outdoor pool with hot tubs, a lazy river, a fitness center and a picnic area!

With room to sleep eight guests, all of Family Gathering Whispering Pines 514's four bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs with DVD players and nightstands with reading lamps. The primary bedroom has a private Jacuzzi, and all three bathrooms are supplied with fresh, fluffy towels. There's even a washer and dryer so you can skip trips to the Laundromat and focus on having fun!

The Whispering Pines resort boasts all the amenities you could wish for: two spectacular pools, a lazy river, a covered picnic pavilion with grills, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center and so much more. When you’re ready to venture out you’ll find you’re quite close to the Gatlinburg area’s award-winning dining and many family-friendly activities. Our unit "Gathering Place" was perfect! It was beautiful, clean and had a homey feel. The tubs/ showers were nice and big. We would definitely book that condo again. The property was well maintained and the location was great.

Nice place to stay right off the pigeon forge strip...beautiful balcony views... didn't have a gas grille, only one Blackstone and 3 charcoal grills... so you may have to wait in line., but other than that, a nice place to stay.

Rooms and beds were great. Only complaint was no cabinet space for food brought had to put everything on counter or above fridge or keep in sacks on floor. But was clean and plenty of seating for our large group of eight adults.

Whispering Pines condo.

Condo is as described in the listing. It was very clean and well equipped. I especially liked that it included a recliner as I need to elevate my leg and foot frequently. I wish it had a stand-up shower, but we worked it out. Location is great, close to everything we wanted to do while we were in Pigeon Forge.

Mother/Daughter trip

We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for about 20 years and recently switched from chalets to condos, one floor is ideal for us. This condo was very spacious and clean. There is only one hill that ice/snow could be difficult, thankfully we didn’t have to deal with that during our trip. We will definitely consider this condo again in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines #514. It was roomy enough that we could all gather in the open living area without feeling crowded. There were nine of us; seven adults and two four year old. Especially loved the balcony with its rocking chairs. The little guys enjoyed the pool. I liked the pool being centered between the buildings. We only had one issue. There was a water leak in one of the guest bedrooms. Maintenance came to check it out but couldn’t find the source, so the couple in that room had to contend with squishy wet carpet in front of their bathroom sink.

Plenty of room for a large family. We will be back to stay at Whispering Pines .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was nice other than the fact there is apparently a water pipe issue. ALL night every night you could hear water running off and on. One night it sounded like the pipes were about to explode!! It was very annoying. You may want to have the oven checked out as well. We cooked every meal while there and the oven cooked fine; however it wouldn’t “brown” the top of the food. My biggest complaint is that I did not appreciate the fact that I had to park far away on the other side of the complex because there were no close parking spaces nearby. One night there was only ONE parking space available far away from the condo. There were LOTS of vehicles in the parking lot without the parking tag around the rear view mirror. I mentioned this to the office personnel when checking out and was told I should have contacted security to report the problem and the non-compliant vehicles would have been towed. Shouldn’t that be your/security’s job to make sure vehicles are compliant??? The office wasn’t very helpful or apologetic at all.

The unit was very spacious and all the rooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. We looked forward to sitting/eating on the balcony but the snow prevented that. However, we definitely enjoyed the snow. Check-in was easy and exceptional. The beautiful Christmas decoration and Christmas tree was an added touch. The unit was nice and neat and well-equipped with everything we needed. WE WILL BE BACK!!!
