Salt water pool, custom kitchen cabinetry, granite counters in kitchen & baths, huge kitchen island, upgraded stainless appliances including French Door refrigerator & gas range. . Elegant crown molding graces the tray ceilings in bedrooms as well as the main rooms, wood plank floors in bedrooms, upgraded ceramic tile set on the diagonal throughout all common areas. Luxury custom pool and spa with pool cage offering lovely views to the lake beyond. The huge lanai is great for casual entertaining. Oversized garage with epoxy finished floors & handy utility sink. this spectacular home that will not disappoint anyone that enjoys quality and luxury for a very affordable rental price! Home has 30 day minimum rental with an application process that requires at least 20 days notice of a completed application prior to check-in.
