This beautiful 55+ retirement community has 7 golf courses and 8 top notch recreational facilities that will keep you active and loving your time here. There is something for everyone weather it’s relaxing by the pool, playing pickleball, tennis, working out in the amazing fitness center or meeting some friends for cocktails on the back patio. Close to shopping, restaurants, spring training, Cardinal stadium and much more.
Only one primary renter needs to be 55+ and kids are welcome at a limited basis.
Pet allowed: one dog 25 lbs. or smaller.
Can purchase a monthly pass to enjoy the recreational centers.
This immaculate home offers an open floor plan. Updated kitchen and appliances with plenty of space for friends and family to visit while cooking. Kick back on the new sofa and loveseat automatic recliners as you enjoy your favorite show or sport on 70-inch smart TV. Or open the French doors to the back patio and relax while sipping on your favorite beverage. Bedrooms have nice cool sleep foam mattresses with comfortable pillows to get a great night sleep. There is an additional room with couch, TV and desk for those that have to do a little work. 2 Car garage that will accommodate your vehicle.
Lots of sites to see outside of Sun City. Lake Pleasant (30 min) offers 2 marinas with restaurants and boat rentals, take a drive up to breathtaking, scenic Sedona (2 hours), visit the beautiful Desert Botanical Garden (many events during the year), hikes close by that overlook the city. Outdoor concerts, car shows, golf tournaments and amazing restaurants I could recommend.
