This cottage in family friendly Prominence is a wonderful beach retreat with calming coastal design. For your convenience it comes with a golf cart to make getting around the community a breeze! You're a 3-minute walk to the pool and just 6 minutes from The Big Chill across 30A.

As you walk up the stairs to this 2nd floor townhome you're greeted by bright and sunlit open concept living. The perfect place to entertain, relax, and enjoy time on vacation. Grab a spot on the large sectional to catch up on your favorite TV show. The chef in the family will enjoy the large kitchen space with gas stovetop. Enjoy a quick snack or breakfast at the counter or gather for a family meal at the dining table for 6. Head out on the balcony with your morning coffee to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, full bed, TV balcony access. Hallway bathroom has tub/shower combination
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual vanities and large shower.

Prominence:
With a stay in Prominence, you'll find wonderful amenities like a 5,000 sq. ft. community pool, poolside outdoor grill/dining area plus easy access to events, food, and entertainment at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub). With only a few steps separating you from the winding 30A bike path, the whole family is sure to enjoy the 19+ mile path that stretches from Rosemary Beach, all the way to Cypress Dunes.

Looking for boutique shopping or first-class dining? There's no shortage along 30A. Magnificent shops, restaurants, and activities are all within walking distance, or a short drive to any of the surrounding communities. At a less expensive price point than Seaside – and located just next door – Prominence is perfect location for your next trip.

Beach Access:
Dune Dreaming is about 1 mile (about a 5-10 minute bike ride) to the closest beach access at Gulf Lake.

* Pet Friendly: This property is pet friendly! If bringing a dog, please contact Reservations as an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed at a maximum of 30 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Lovely time and perfect place
We fully enjoyed our time in this condo. It was beautifully decorated, super comfortable and the extras (gulf cart, bikes, little carrier wagon, beach chairs) were all a plus. The pool was amazing and location was great with The Chill nearby. We found a great beach to go to. It was great!

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Location, golf cart, 2 adult bikes, 1 kid bike, beach chairs, boogie boards, community poolThe house needs to be cleaned a little better. I don't think the blinds have been dusted in a long time, the hood in the kitchen was very gross, and the air filter needs to be changed (not something I would normally notice, but as you walk up the stairs it is at your eye level). Also one of the beds had some black hairs on it so we washed it the first day we were there. Things that could easily be improved for low cost: A hair dryer (they didn't have one). More hangers and more towels they only provide 5 big towels. Beach towels would be nice for guests (we brought our own assuming the place wouldn't have them and glad we did). Small coffee starter pack with filters and grounds. Spices & oil for cooking. We travel a lot and this place didn't have 1 thing left over from other stays.

Quick spring break getaway
Enjoyed our stay. Location very convenient to all of the beaches though we didn’t realize at first that our closest beach access was down the road. Thought the home had beach/pool towels but they didn’t so be sure to pack some if you’re visiting. Also, the golf cart is so nice to have but so many places don’t allow golf carts (like Rosemary, Alys, Seaside Beaches) so it’s unfortunate. Overall, a very nice, relaxing stay. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down for spring break with 3 kids, two of which are teens. This is a great spot for older teens to hang out at The Big Chill. Just make sure you have Apple Pay or credit card because they are cashless. The golf carts, or bikes are a must to get to the beach access. Our unit was the perfect size and located on a quiet street. The main pool was the highlight of the week due to the ocean being hazardous all week. We would love to return in the fall. The only negative thing about the rental was lack extra linens and towels. I always do laundry on vacation but some guests may not want to.

The unit's bathrooms are recently remolded, the community is relatively quite, and felt very safe. We even got to bring our puppy Bailey who loved going for walks in the pet friendly neighborhood. We made family memories that will last forever.

We loved the Prominence location - directly across from The Chill (our family fav hangout spot). Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed layout was great for us, since the 2nd bdrm had 2 beds vs a bunk (which is too small for our teen boys). The pool area is gorgeous! We took advantage of the grill and made dinner there one night. And last, but not least, we always travel with our sweet doggo, so we loved that the unit is pet friendly and we could bring her with us. There is a spacious green space behind the condo for her to use the restroom and play a little each day. 😀

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It's centrally located to all that 30A has to offer, and has many amenities including pool, golf cart, and bikes. The unit was very clean and we cannot wait to return some day!

Everything was great. Condo was clean and location was wonderful. The only drawback was the golf cart. It is old and loud. My husband owns a golf cart retail business so I know that it could be replaced daily inexpensive. But, will definitely stay there again if possible
