This beautiful open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex.

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. In cooler months, relax by one of the two gas fireplaces after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the views!

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Summer Moab

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 4 Rim village condos and this was by far the best. VRC was a great and responsive management company. Unit very clean. A CRAZY storm rolled in Friday. Our condo was luckily not affected by power loss or flooding like other areas in Moab had issues. Can’t wait to go back. Clean, comfortable sleeping and well stocked rental.

Beautiful Property Close to Moab

We had a wonderful vacation in Moab, and the rental home was just what we'd hoped. The home is within 10 minutes of downtown Moab and is self-contained among a series of similarly high-end homes. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the nearby clubhouse (easy walking distance), the nice hot tub on our patio (!), the ping pong table in the garage, and all of the other amenities. This home has more amenities than most others in which I've stayed, including three flat screen tvs, a fireplace, a full range of dishes, pots, pans, built in ironing board and iron, two car garage, and location in a quiet and attractive neighborhood. It was great to come home to such a nice home after mountain biking, hiking, and sightseeing. Thanks very much.

We only had 3 dishwasher pods for a week’s stay. Other than that, no dishwashing liquid or a sponge, no laundry detergent, nothing to wipe down counters or dining table.

Christmas vacation

Great place. We had 4 adults and 3 children abd weren’t crowded. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Mattress in master was comfy. We had 2 trucks there that each pulled a trailer with a UTV and parking wasn’t any issue. Hot tub was great after a day of riding. Pack extra shampoo/conditioner and laundry supplies if you plan on being there more than a few nights. We enjoyed the location being outside of town a bit. Nice rental for the price and we made great memories there. Thank you!

Best 80th bday weekend get away!!

I took my twins and my mother for a week to celebrate my mother’s 80th bday! We loved the place, hot tube was so nice in the cool night air while star gazing. Community was very quiet and the neighbors were so nice. November is a great time to visit. Kitchen stocked and I was so grateful for the coffee beans, local bean is good. Did some off reading with EPIC 4x4 putting the cherry on top! Thank you!

Guys Jeep trip

Location was easy to get to, a little south of town but not to far. Neighborhood is very trailer friendly, lots of street parking for trucks and long trailers. House is everything you expect in a vacation rental, 4 grown men and 2 teenage boys had plenty of room.

Cute little condo

My only issue was that after pulling the 8th long black strand of hair off the bedsheets in the master bedroom, it weirded me out enough to go find replacement sheets in the closet and changed them myself. The sheets didn’t look dirty, but I was unsure if that many of the same strands of hair meant that they hadn’t been washed. The condo was very clean otherwise and everything else was perfect.

Community was well taken care of and very quiet. Beds were comfortable and ample room for 4 adults. We always enjoy our early morning coffee outdoors, would only request the owner to add an umbrella for the outdoor table. Sarah was our contact to the property, she was very accommodating and available to all our questions.

Outstanding home base for Moab adventures

This is my second time staying in this neighborhood with a small group. It's a great size for a group of people who are hanging out in the mornings and evenings and exploring the great outdoors during the day. It's quiet at night and the place was comfortable enough even if you are working remotely for a little while. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't book again with this place or company based on the repeated reviews of poor cleaning practices. So gross to have dirty bedding from the strangers that rented before you. The king bed frame was broken and swayed anytime you'd roll over in bed.

Perfection!

We loved everything about this place! The layout and bedrooms are awesome!! The beds are very comfortable. Our daughter's bf said the pillows on the bunk beds are too flat though. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The hot tub was the perfect luxury to come back to after a full day if adventuring! We will keep this place in our list of places to stay again for sure!!!
