The two bedrooms, facing east, each have two 90cm beds and cupboards/wardrobes. The living room includes a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, traditional oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, hood), while the living room is furnished with television, armchairs and sofa bed (sleeps 2) opening onto an east-facing loggia, ideal for dining. The apartment, with tiled and parquet floors, is easy to maintain and benefits from a modern and colorful decoration. A designated parking space in the basement of the residence is available.
