From the living room you will access the garden where are arranged in the shade of the lime tree: a table, chairs and a barbecue. The swimming pool (shared with the owners, 10.75X4.25 depth 1.20m, chlorine, entrance by steps, secured by a fence) is open from May 15 to the end of September. (heated swimming pool)
Parking on site. End of stay cleaning €100. Sheets are included, not bathroom linen and pool towels are not provided. The house benefits from a quiet location: "1 hectare" on a carefully maintained garden in which roach fishing is possible in no kill. The various local markets will allow you to discover the fine foods of the Dordogne. Once comfortably installed, you will be keen to explore this magnificent region.
You will be only 13 minutes from the town of Brantôme called the Venice of Périgord, 17 km from Périgueux, rich in Gallo-Roman remains and a magnificent medieval old town. In the surrounding area, you can discover the castles of Bourdeilles, Mareuil, the Villars cave, the pretty village of Saint-Jean de Côle, the truffle ecomuseum, the Savignac cabins... As for activities: canoeing on the Dronne, treetop adventure course and educational farm.
1 hour from Bergerac, Montignac (Lascaux 4) or Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage.
