Charming studio - Le Marais/Beaubourg

Sublime, warm, bright, modern, elegant and fully equipped flat located in the heart of the Marais between rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie and rue Vieille du Temple
You will discover two Parisian atmospheres, with its lively pedestrian streets, its trendy bars and restaurants, the romantic Place des Vosges or the Picasso Museum.
My accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends and makes the promise of a successful Parisian escapade

22m2 flat on the 2nd floor with lift which includes:

- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

In the heart of the Marais, the flat is located between Rue Vieille du Temple and Rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie. Between this famous district and near the Place de la Bastille you will have the possibility in a few minutes on foot to discover two very different Parisian atmospheres, one very authentic with its pedestrian streets, its bars and its rare shops, the other very popular and lively until the end of the night!
You won't know what to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, the Town Hall with its grandiose architecture or the famous Picasso national museum.
A 900m walk will take you to the covered market of the Enfants Rouges located in the rue de Bretagne, a convivial meeting place for Parisians.
To taste the best falafels in Paris, head to one of the shops on rue des Rosiers, such as l'As du Falafel, 350m away on foot.
For fashion lovers, the Marais is undoubtedly one of the best shopping areas in Paris! Between the BHV Marais, the luxury boutiques and for the vintage fans, the thrift shops will delight you.

Great location!

I was pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the Seine and other key areas of Paris. Metro was a breeze, neighborhood was great!

Little break in Paris

My girlfriend and I stayed at this apartment for a short getaway to Paris, and we Totaly enjoyed it! The location is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, is cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and provided us with great informations on procedures.

Great location!

The management company had great communication throughout including descriptive video's and links. The location allowed us to walk almost everywhere which was really nice. Plenty to see and do all within a few blocks that weren't just tourist attractions...restaurants, shopping, cafes. The stairs are quite steep but the loft is high enough you should be able to sit up and crouch. There is no dryer, which as non European visitors, we did not realize that the listing of Washer does not mean Washer/Dryer...our fault for not knowing but wanted other new travellers to know 😉. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location !

Excellent location! Close to everything! We walked everywhere and it is very close to Metro. Lots of restaurants and small shops within a minute away. Grocery store right across the street. The place is clean and modern and fits a family of 4 easily. Great place, highly recommend. Will come back!

Studio in Le Marais.

Great location. Confusion for checking in, getting code and key, a bit stressful. Steps up to bed/loft extremely small and steep, luckily there is a fold out couch/bed we used on main level. Pots and pans in the kitchen, but no oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, so for a 4 night stay, not worth it to cook in the kitchen. But we were in Paris, so plenty of restaurant options, of course.

The centrality of this studio apartment is a great location with local eateries nearby, a grocery across the street and a lovely bakery on the corner, the metro is also just a short walk in either direction. The space was very cozy (read small) for a family of 4, although it worked. Unfortunately the pull out sofa was very squeaky and made it less comfortable for sleeping on. Upkeep is pretty good but a bit more attention can be put into the maitenance.

The entrance hallway was off putting and instructions to find the lockbox unclear. However the apartment was clean and was as described in a great location and very easy accessable to downtown to explore Paris some suber bars and restaurants nearby

Disappointing

The location of this apartment was great. We struggled with many other parts of our stay. 1. The apartment was supposed to be ready at 4:00 which is when we arrived and the cleaning had not yet begun from the prior guests so we were asked to come back in an hour. 2. The check in process was not clear. The original email with check in instructions was clear but we figured out later that the code to open the lockbox and get the key was not included in the at email. When we tried messaging the host through the app and calling, we got no response. Finally got the code by email around 4:20 only to find out that the keys were not in the lockbox. Turns out, the apartment had not been cleaned yet. We were told to enjoy walk around Paris and come back in a hour. 3. The overall cleanliness and up keep of the apartment needs work. The shower in particular had a good amount of mold throughout. The curtain ring was broken so the curtain on the living room window could not be closed completely. Overall, not a great experience and especially disappointing because this apartment and at least two others in the building are run by a property management company.
