Cute place, great location

Cute little place! Good value for money. Is showing some signs of heavy use, but doesn’t affect function. Lights automatically turn off what feels like about ever 2-3 mins which was challenging for getting ready, but otherwise perfect little Paris stay, location is unbeatable!

Wonderful Apartment in Central Paris

This apartment in Paris was perfect for my family of three. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the terrace drinking wine and watching the bustling Parisian street below. The central location allowed for easy access to the major sites. There are so many restaurants to chose from within blocks. As we were aware prior to booking, it is on a busy/loud street with a lot of cars honking and sirens throughout the day. Just something to consider but definitely not a reason to not stay at this wonderful apartment. We would highly recommend staying here!

Good Stay Overall

Overall this was a pretty good property. The property was very clean and had good sheets and lots of towels as we used both the bed and sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfasts and bringing food back. The communication with the property manager was also good and when we had an issue with a chirping smoke detector it was dealt with quickly. Would say this does feel like a bit of a flip where work was done quickly, so as the other review noted it’s got chipping paint already and the kitchen faucet is quite loose, etc. Fair warning on the location, we have been to Paris many times and like to be in this area but you are definitely further from the main attractions (although close to the metro) and this unit in particular is on a very busy intersection so would not recommend if bothered by street noise as it is quite loud.

Hardly Cozy or New

If you’re looking for a poorly equipped, noisy apartment in a sketchy area, this is your day! The apartment is tired and needs an overall paint job as well as some repairs and additions. The kitchen sink faucet is holding on by a thread, the bathroom toilet seat is again, holding on by a thread and there is serious water damage on the exterior wall of the shower. There is a lack of towel hooks, shower caddy, condiments, laundry soap, etc. There were 3 coffee pods left, however they were either the wrong size or the coffee maker just doesn’t work. We bought laundry soap, washcloths and a corkscrew for the next guest. They advertise a chauffeur service which we took advantage of to and from the airport. The pick up from the airport was great, however there was a last minute change for our trip back and a scroungy guy in an old car came to take us. He was on time, however someone had urinated in the back seat and the entire car reeked. Worst experience ever. Out of the three times that I attempted to contact Johanna she did finally return our text regarding the car with the response that it’s not her responsibility. I suggested that she use a different car service or not offer that service in her listing. The apartment aside, we still had a lovely time in Paris but we wished we had chosen the other apartment we were considering.
