About this property

Hello and welcome to "Blessings on the Bay."

This home is located beachfront in North Cape May, bay side. It is a desirable 2.5 blocks from Harpoons, a short walk to the Lewes Ferry, a 10 minute bike ride to Cape May Winery and a short car ride to Cape May City.

The home just received a large renovation in 2020 that included new flooring, decks, railings, kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, and the best of all.... a brand new in-ground pool and firepit. The property has been well maintained since the renovations.

The home is roughly 2000 sf and offers 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have its own dedicated work space and another that includes a small living room. The home also offers 3.5 baths and an outdoor shower.

ALL the bedrooms in our home have their own TV, noise machines and high speed internet.

As of Feb. 1st our home will be able to accommodate 12 people comfortably!

A few things to note:

**** POOL is guaranteed open from May 1st-Oct. 15th**** pool may stay open longer contingent upon weather.
**** Linens and towels ARE provided and the beds are made for you upon arrival!!!***
**** The minimum age of the primary renter must be at least 30 years old***
**** In addition to the VRBO booking we also require the primary renter to sign a liability release form and provide a copy of there identification***
*** We do have exterior security cameras on the front and driveway side of the home.***
*** In order to rent this home you MUST have prior VRBO rental history and have a good rating.

Beautiful House, Great Location

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to spend some relaxing time away and we found it! Christa's house is exactly as pictured and is beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and quite comfortable, especially the king bed. What the pictures don't fully capture is how well stocked the house is. You'll have everything you'll need and more in the kitchen and there are plenty of extra towels (bath and beach), plus lots of beach equipment. The heated pool was a nice treat in early October, great way to end the day. Speaking of the end of the day, the sunsets are amazing. We took scores of pictures from the great decks. The view of the bay is actually great all day long and is visible from most rooms in the house. And, if you want to see it up close, just walk across the street and onto the beach, where we walked every day. Very pleasant and relaxing. It was only the two of us but this would be a great house for grandparents, parents and kids or a couple of families. If you're thinking of booking, just do it.

Best vacation!!

Don’t be afraid to stay here. We had the best time and it fit all of us. 4 kids in the kids room and 3 other bedrooms for the adults. The beach was across the street and Cape May shopping was a short drive. What a beautiful home with everything we needed. The owner was always available no matter the question. Definitely 5 star !!

Amazing property with beautiful views and everything you'll need!

This place was just perfect. The property itself is immaculate and beautiful. It has 4 bedrooms and all 4 have ocean front views. The downstairs bedroom is a suite with bed and a couch (that converts to a sleeper), it's own mini fridge, and a sitting area! The ocean views are amazing! There is a deck on the main floor plus two walk out wrap around decks on the second and 3rd floors! The larger second bedroom on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor bedroom have their own dedicated AC mini-split zone with independent temperature controls in addition to the whole house central AC. The pool is heated! It's is graded from shallow to deep with the shallow side having pool length steps/seating. Internet is fast, 300+mbs with full strength not only on every floor and corner of the property to include the pool, even across the street at the beach! There is a driveway and plenty of free street parking with no restrictions. Every room and the living room has a TV! 5 in total. The TV's are all smart TV's with cable TV channels as well as an appstore if you want to use Netflix or Amazon, etc. The host is great and responsive, any questions we had she answered in minutes. The house has all the extras you need too, beach chairs, toys, pool floaties, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, Keurig, Dyson cordless vac, laundry & dish washer detergent! All the dishes/utensils you'll need. Sheets/bath towels included, top of the line Weber gas grill. We had an amazing vacation here!

Excellent hosts and property! Gorgeous views!

The property is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We were a group of six adults, who thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home with its compelling water views and excellent location. You can hear and see the water from the house. The owner was warm, welcoming and thoughtful before and throughout our stay. A close friend lost her jewelry and the owner found the rings and promptly told us. She took the urgency to heart and turned a potential tragedy completely around. We are so grateful to her. What a wonderful home and person!

Wonderful home!

This is a perfect home for a family vacation. We all had our own space with our own bathroom. Home was beautiful and well appointed. Pool was perfect for after coming back from the beach. Only a short ride to Washington mall in Cape May. The sunsets were breathtaking!

Excellent weekend away with friends

The views from the house are excllent and the sunsets are magnificent! The house is gorgeous and well decorated. Most important to me is how well appointed the house is: kitchen was fully stocked, spices and included kuerg coffee. I have stayed in other VRBOs and it's always difficult if I have to bring all the extras to make a meal. Not the case here! I also appreciated the linens were included and on the beds when we arrived. Thoughtful touches included beach towels and beach gear. Lastly, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift. Overall, a really thoughtful house and we really enjoyed our stay!

Water views from every room!

The views in this home don't stop and they get better with each floor you go up. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The host was great and made our stay effortless. Hope to go back soon.

We spent a four day weekend in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The house was well stocked and was in a great location. The views are amazing. It was very spacious and clean. Even the beds were comfortable. I can’t imagine how great it would be in the summer w the beautiful pool!

Blessings was Unbelievable!

Our host Christa was in touch anytime we needed her! The house was the perfect setting to get ready for our wedding weekend. Watching the bay through the windows was the most relaxing experience. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The family room was a nice gathering space to sit with our family. The heated pool was a nice way to unwind for our long weekend. Blessings was perfect for what we needed and I was very sad to leave!

Another amazing stay!

This is our second time staying at Blessings on the Bay and we hope to be back for many more stays. Our family had an amazing time watching sunsets over the bay, playing on the beach (just a quick walk across the street), and swimming in the pool. We also loved that we didn't have to worry about bringing any linens! Christa is a wonderful host -- great communication and she always makes us feel so welcome (this time with a surprise welcome gift!) We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful place

This was a wonderful VRBO rental. The owner/manager was a great communicator and promptly answered all of our questions questions. The home is well cared for, very comfortable, and has an extraordinarily well-stocked kitchen. We made minimal use of the pool, but the water was warm with lots of seating in the area. The sunsets at this home are spectacular to watch!

Perfect long weekend

It was a great long weekend for my family and I! We were a group of 9 (including 3 young children). The pool was heated so we were able to use it in September. It also was gated and secure for the little ones. The owner was very hospitable and responsive. We hope to go back one day!

Why they chose this property

As a Lehigh Valley resident, my family has been traveling to the Cape May area regularly for over a decade. We eventually learned of Cape May's treasured places and fell in love with the North Cape May/Townbank area. This area is quieter then Cape May City side, but close enough to easily get to the city when the action there is wanted. The sunsets are beautiful and the environment is truly serene.
