Magnificent apartment with terrace, completely renovated in December 2022, extremely well located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, one of the trendiest streets in Paris thanks to its many Comedy Club, theaters or lively bars.
Decorated with taste, this apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

Sadly, it came up short

Listing is accurate and the property is clean and well stocked.Upon arrival at 5PM the beds did not have sheets on them and there were no towels. The property manager assured us that they would handle it while we were at dinner. When we came home at 9:00PM, nothing had been done. We contacted the night manager who quickly sent over someone with 4 towels and one sheet. We had 4 beds that needed duvet covers, sheets, and pillow cases. He came back with the rest of the things we needed. He did offer to make the beds, but we were frustrated and decided to just quickly do it ourselves so that our children could finally go to sleep.The upstairs bathroom was unusable due to a sewage smell, so the 4 of us used the toilet and shower in the bedroom downstairs. Be aware that the doors on that bedroom and the bathroom do not completely shut.These issues are listed under VRBO messaging if someone would like to review. I asked multiple times if management was going to contact me, and if there would be any compensation due to the issues, but was told I could go by and speak with someone at the office during open hours. We were on vacation and busy during the day so that wasn't an option. I never received any response to the question of compensation.

Perfect

We absolutely adored this place. The location was very walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. Very close to Montrogueil, which was truly a delight. The unit was immaculately clean and very spacious. Do not discount the 5 floor walk up, though. The stairs are not straight or even, and if you cannot carry a fifty pound suitcase up all 5 floors, this is not the place for you. We managed to laugh each time, but the stairs are intense. We all said we would happily stay here again, but maybe with not quite as much luggage!

Great flat in Paris

This was a charming place to stay on our visit to Paris. The host was very helpful with the check in. They sent someone to meet us and he showed us around and helped carry our bags up the stairs. The description of the flat states that it is on the 5th floor and there is not an elevator. The stairs are narrow so don’t be surprised. The building is very secure and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Wonderful location and space

This was a perfect location with a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby. I really appreciated the communication with the property manager as well as the transportation they arranged for us from CDG. Also the terrace space was fantastic and we enjoyed having that to have morning coffee.

Great apartment in Paris

Our family of 5 stayed her for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! We were able to walk to the Louvre as well as tons of restaurants. The apartment was clean, had air conditioning, and was comfortable for us all. Thanks for a great stay!

A Beautiful Flat but Missing Some Essentials

Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes and we had to use several at a time to support the head. Please also include instructions about how to use the appliances -- none were provided and so I had to text the manager, who once did not respond at all. The washer took 5 hours (!!) to complete a load, and I think that was operator error -- but again, no instructions. The location is great, but it took us most of the week to discover all the gems in various directions. Again, going back to the need for some instructions -- a map with all the great restaurant options, wine stores, bakeries, produce stores, or general grocery stores would have been phenomenal. The manager was kind enough to allow a delayed check out at 11 a.m., though I will say 10 a.m. is an awfully early check out, especially for a place of this magnitude and expense. We did love the view from the terrace, and cannot say enough about Paris. C'est magnifique!

Perfect stay for our voyage entre filles!

The apartment was just as advertised on VRBO! Nicely decorated and was stocked for all of our needs. Easy check-in process once we arrived - they met us to show us around. The only con would be lugging our suitcases up to the 5th floor, but we knew that going in so expected the workout! :) Cute area with plenty of places to walk to and grab a bite to eat. Close to enough metro stations - short walk. Would definitely recommend this place for a group of people staying together.

Great place for larger fsmily

Lots of stairs so make sure you have someone who can lift your suitcases :) very clean and modern! Having 2 bathrooms (one on each level) was so great! Comfortable beds! Quiet area. Only things suggest- hooks to hang towels in bathroom. Apt only had 1 roll of paper towel and 1 trash bag when we arrived..might need to stock paper products or notify guest they will need to purchase.

Great stay in Paris.

Great place. No elevator so make sure you can climb 5 flights of old Parisian stairs. Place was very clean and well stocked. One bedroom had a low ceiling, great for kids but may be a pain if you’re tall. One had no closet space at all. Stored our stuff in the living room. And no hooks in the entire apartment…at all😬😆 Otherwise great location. The amount of shops and restaurants near are perfect. We ate at several local places. Pizza 404 was super fresh to go pizza. Close to several metro stops and took us 15 mins from walking out the door to arriving at Gare du Nord on the 4 train. Overall. Enjoyed it a lot.

Great space for our family in an awesome location that made it easy to get to all the major sites! Beautifully decorated and updated flat with lots of room to sleep, eat, hangout, and get ready. It was worth trekking the suitcases up the stairs (you only have to do it once). The check-in process and communication was great. No issues and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Great stay

This is a great 3 bedroom space for our family of four. Great location, super clean, and all as listed. The apartment is on the fifth floor without an elevator, so if you have issues climbing stairs be aware. For our family it was not an issue and we had a great stay in Paris. Great restaurants/grocery/shops close by. Would stay again on future trips.
