- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay including: Wifi, Parking, Coffee Machine, Oven, Microwave, TV, Washing machine, Refrigerator...
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The house is ideally located in a quiet area and close to all amenities including bakery at 500m, primeur, butcher, restaurants, McDonald’s at 700m.
There is a hospital and supermarket 5 min by car and a bike path leading to Lake Cazaux 12 km, Dune du Pyla 7 km, and the city center market or the port of La Teste de Buch 3 km.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the essential places that make the reputation of the city such as:

A posh seaside resort in the Arcachon Basin, located some 60 kilometres south-west of Bordeaux, Arcachon’s elegance is enjoyed over the four seasons of the year. If it enchants especially the summer vacationers in search of beach and sea, it is also the delight of visitors lovers of Belle Époque architecture. Indeed, the prestigious winter city, which extends on the heights of Arcachon, on both sides of the peaceful Moorish park, houses a large number of villas of the late nineteenth century with very eclectic styles, from the Swiss chalet to the Gothic Revival mansion to the English cottage.
