Pros and cons.
For the most part we enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues with cleanliness. The stove and toaster oven had crumbs, there was laundry left in the dryer from the previous stay, and there were some yucky spots on the walls in the bathroom and the dining room. It was pretty clean otherwise. The memory foam beds were Uber-uncomfortable. We didn’t rest well at all the whole time we were there. We also had to drive through someone’s yard to get to the house, but it’s very private once you get there. Also, bear in mind that just because it’s 10 miles from Pigeon Forge that does NOT mean that it will take you 10 minutes to get there. It’s a good 20-30 minutes away.

Full disclosure
The Good: It was clean. It was decorated very cute. It appears to have been recently thrown together with some very cute decor. Everything seemed fairly new as far as furniture and kitchen supplies. When we contacted the property management about the low hanging tree(read below) it was promptly taken care of. The Bad: You have to drive through some really sad living conditions to get to this property. It was not disclosed in the description that you actually have to drive through someone else’s property to get to this house. There are two mailboxes at the end of the driveway which led to a dilapidated property that has two buildings leading us to think one of them was this property. We drove up to the property scared that we had been swindled and fully expected to be met with a shotgun wielding property owner. After sitting in the middle of this ramshackle property, my daughter noticed a small red arrow on a tree and we guessed that it was possibly our sign to keep going. We cautiously continued on down a steep hill, drove through a low hanging tree that scraped up our vehicle and then proceeded up a steep incline to thankfully find the property. I was shaking fully expecting the worst. Thankfully the inside was as described. The backyard was set up to look cute but the grass had not been taken care of. It was so long you were almost tripping over it to get to the front steps. The so called nature trail is extremely short and appears to possibly go into the neighboring property. Lastly, the water- it is well water and smells like well water. It was disclosed AFTER booking but would have liked to have known beforehand. It’s not a terrible place to stay if you know what you are getting into but the booking description withheld a lot of important info.

Nice Home but more than just off the beaten path.
My family and I really enjoyed the house. It's very cute and charming. The grass definitely needed to be cut and the bathroom faucets could use a little tlc, but other than that, it was as listed. I do wish they'd have warned me about how steep of a hill we would be driving up to get to the home though. As a tourist, I would have wanted to be aware of all the hills, twists and turns on such narrow roads. Overall, it was a great time, but I would want to stay somewhere that was easier to drive to and from next time.

Wonderful House with a back yard
House was pretty decent. All amenities are available. The only complaint was the shower knob and shower head which needs a fix. Rest all were good. Nice back yard for fire n grill.
