Fabulous condo in the heart of Telluride!

You are just steps from the gondola and downtown, so leave your car in the covered parking and stroll to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, and bars.

There is a king-sized bed in the master suite, a private second bedroom with twin beds, and a full sleeper in the living room.

This is a lower level unit with sliding doors to the patio and back yard, picnic table, and common area charcoal grill. After a day of skiing, you are welcome to enjoy the common outdoor hot tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The living room has a 47' television with DVD. Both bedrooms also have televisions and DVD's.

Perfect Telluride
Great place! Very comfortable, lovely light, awesome kitchen, perfect flow. Pictures do NOT do this place justice, if you’re looking for a fantastic two bedroom in the literal center of town, look no further. Excellent property manager too.

This was our second stay here and it was just as fantastic as the first! The place is extremely comfortable and conveniently located, less than 2 blocks from the gondola and 3 blocks from the main street in town.

Telluride, A Great Place, With Wonderful Place to Stay
I stayed here the week of February 11th and had a great stay, the mountain resort was fantastic, but this place was just as wonderful. Just minutes walking to the lifts to get on the mountain. The owners were wonderful and easy to contact, I really had the feeling that they cared about me and my stay in their place.

Soooo convenient
What a stay! We could not believe how close we were to the gondola which made skiing so easy we did 7 days in a row! The condo is actually much nicer than the pictures show so that was a nice surprise. The only tricky thing is that the parking is very tight our ford explore fit in the spot nice and snugly but anything larger will be tough. Super nice condo and we hope to return!!

I loved staying here!! The ease of being right next to the gondola while being so centrally locsted to all the places we love to go, made this the prefect spot for us this weekend! And exactly the right amount of space!

This was the perfect condo for us (two couples). We loved being able to step off the gondola and be just a minute from home. Telluride is a great place to explore and was incredibly easy from this location. Thank you!

We've been coming to Telluride for 30 years, and this was our first stay here. The unit is maybe 50 yards to the gondola. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and clean. We'll be back next year!

Great location
The condo was spacious, clean with a convenient location to the main Gondola and restaurants. It was the bottom floor so there were no stairs to hike up with luggage. I will definitively return next time I visit Telluride.

Great condo in a PERFECT location!
Stayed here with my husband and mom. This condo is simply amazing. You couldn't ask for a better location. Literally steps from the gondola and 2 blocks off the main street with almost all of the restaurants and shops! Wonderful host and gorgeous accommodations!
