Four Connected Apartments | Walk Everywhere | AC | Breweries
The Space Explore four upstairs apartments inside an 1880s boarding house, each exuding character and charm. Furnished with comfort and adorned with beautiful art, enjoy a space equipped with a nice shower, window unit air conditioning, WiFi, smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, linens, and towels. Use this stylish retreat as a base to explore Traverse City.
Each unit includes one private dedicated parking space, with additional street and alley parking in the surrounding neighborhoods.
First Apartment: A delightful 2-room space with fun, eclectic art, a kitchenette, glamorous new bathroom, and a comfortable queen-sized bed await your enjoyment!
Second Apartment: This fun space features a queen bed, kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom!
Third Apartment: Set up with a queen bed for resting, a double recliner for watching the flat-screen TV, a fresh and bright bathroom, and a kitchenette for a wonderful stay!
Fourth Apartment: A fabulous space with modern and updated furnishings, this is the largest of the four connecting apartments in our unique building. Complete with a queen bed, full-size Murphy bed, kitchenette, and updated bathroom.
Other things to note:
This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.
Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic. White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.

Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.
