We come to Florida to see family and a break from winter at home. The house was adequate there were two couples staying there. We borrowed a broom, drop cords and kitchen towels and utensils as they were a little scarce. We discovered 2 large trash canisters that were over full when we arrived that were pretty stinky. Looked like kid smudges on window and TV dirt under bed and some bugs. Just sharing this for cleaning purposes and information. Overall we enjoyed our house.

Probably the worst stay that we have been in. The kitchen cabinets doors were falling apart ( they came to fix). This place is advertised as being able to accommodate 10 guests...... Well you will have to sit on each others lap as there are only 4 chairs. There were only silverware for 6 (if you could call this silverware ...Just a step up from plastic ware..... Probably bought at the dollar store...We ended up buying some) Kitchen utensils: a joke. In the master bedroom the mattress is seating on top of drywall and plywood instead of box spring ( we have pictures). The dinning table seats 4 guests. We had to buy a broom... We had to clean the BBQ as it was filthy. The yard wasn't maintained, deck has mold.... The kitchen drawers were filthy ( ( I have pictures). We reached out to VRBO: more or less I was told that they only could reach out to the owners and hope that they would deal with the issues. Do you really want to go on vacation and have a crew working and fixing things over the holidays.....You better get a reservation with another reservation platform as their support was null. Very disappointed in the place and the lack of support from VRBO, obviously wouldn't recommend either. Again this place is not meant for 10 people. You will notice that in the guests book they tear the pages of bad comments.... I could go on... Not the end of year holiday experience that we were expecting.
Nice, clean house. Our only complaint is that for a house that sleeps 10 there is only a tiny little table that has room for 3 people to eat at and we were told we couldn’t use the garage attached to the house, which would have really helped with extra storage space. Otherwise, the house was really clean and easy to check in and out. We didn’t have any problems the 10 days we were here. I would recommend this house.
This small property was so perfectly put together! My large family was super comfortable here! The house was immaculate and the backyard an excellent space for the kids! This house so perfectly located! Siesta beach, dining and shopping in minutes! My family and I enjoyed our stay so much here we hope to stay again soon!

Roaches and no air.
We got there and it appeared to be clean and super cute.... that was not even the case. I wish i could submit pictures on this review because i would love to show the thermostat sitting at 85 and the bunk room for the kids10 degrees hotter. The coolest the house would get was at about 3 in the morning when it would go down to the high 70s. We notified the property manager on the day after we checked in. He informed us that neither sidr of the duplex had great units but we shpuld keep the doors closed and fans on. We weren't there a ton but when we were, it was miserable. So on the 3rd or 4th day, i had to reach out and they claimed to send an ac conpany out while we werent there... i would swear they just came in and changed the filter because there were big clumps of dust and fur in front of it. Even after, there was barely any air coming from the vents.... thats not the best part. The best part had to be the roaches of the house... they were everywhere! Yhe first few nights, we just saw these 2 huge cockroaches in the bunk room and attributed it to them maybe getting in through the sliding patio door. But then the 3rd night, i walked into a horror show in the bathroom at 3 am. They were everywhere! And then they started coming out from under the stove. They were babies in the bathroom but 1 and 2 inch cockroaches in the kitchen. I let the rental company know and they claimed that the house had been treated 3 weeks prior which told me it was an ongoing issue... their only offer was to have it sprayed while we were there which i wasnt comfprtable with due to my son having asthma and the chemicals. So heres to hoping, we didnt bring any extra guests home! The only thing that was really done right here was the decor. It really is pretty.. but pretty doesnt cover miserably hot and gross. There was also an instance with the back foor not latching and its worth mentioning that they did come out and fix that within an hour.... so ill give them credit for that. I would avoid this place. Everyone was friendly and professional but again, that just doesnt cover it. Trust me, you dont want to stay here!
