NEW tiled walk in shower installed in 2024, awaiting photos. New furniture, floors, & paint 2023! If you are looking for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet, a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other bedroom. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The living room features a new pull-out sofa for additional guests and two swivel chairs that rock and recline. The fully equipped kitchen offers a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

***NOTE: The Seachase HOA is currently replacing all glass (doors & windows) in the east tower. Work is currently underway and should hopefully be completed by late spring/early summer 2025. The west tower is complete. This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but work is expected to last 1-2 years. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***

- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Family vacay

This was our second year here and we loved it! Love the condo and the location! We plan to book again for the 3rd year in a row. Spacious, pool was always clean, easy access to beach which is always less crowded than other areas around. We love this condo, it’s perfect for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, We enjoyed our stay with Seachase E 703 room. I was satisfied with our stay for the week. But some things need to be worked on. #1 the main room shower has mold or mildew around the tub seal, which may be in the caulk seal. A new clear shower curtain was needed because the one in now was starting to grow some fungas. The a/c unit was not ok in the second bedroom, It was hot back in that room. & yes, we checked the vents and had the curtain close too. We were every dislike the slide glass door , where the air was coming into the unit from the gap on the door & glass. A associate came and fixed it that afternoon , we checked in. , and brought us a fan, but who's wants a fan on a trip on the prices one's pays for a condo rental these days. The east gate on to the beach was no working greatly as it could have been. The condo is large and is nice too. the beach area is not crowed , which is great these days.

Great communication, clean !

This condo couldn’t have been any cleaner. We have stayed at many condos, and this was by far the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed at I do not recommend with little kids due to all the glass. We didn’t pay much attention to that in the pictures, but want to stress there is a lot of glass that is not glued down, very easy for kids to flip it over. The elevator stopped working for a few hours other than hiking up seven flights of stairs with my 80-year-old grandmother. It wasn’t a huge deal they got it fixed as soon as possible. The bedrooms were a little hot the air does not come in those very well , the closets and bathrooms were awesome. Check in process couldn’t have been easier. The condo could definitely use some better luggage carts as there is only two and they are falling apart. Never waited more than a minute for the elevator. There’s a candy store, ice cream shop, pizza, place and a souvenir place right across the street Houses nearby instead of condos, so there was plenty of space on the beach felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool is freezing cold could definitely use a heater. One of the workers mentioned that she has been trying to get them to get a heater would absolutely recommend it was too cold to swim at all. There was not a soul at the pool ever , the bathroom should be labeled by the pool. I definitely walked in the men’s. There are no signs for men or women showers. Inside of the bathrooms by the pool are disgusting would not recommend.

Snowbird retreat

Property was clean and quiet. View was great although patio doors were drafty but they were in the orocess of replacing doors and windows which should alleviate the issue. Onsite parking was convenient. Would have aporeciated it if the pool was heated as it was cool so weren't able to use it.

Beach Getaway

Beautiful condo with all the comforts of home. The listing is described accurately and the views are incredible. The soft, clean beach is quiet and the beach service is a nice perk. If needed, you can rent extra beach chairs and umbrellas. The blue/green gulf waters are breathtaking. The property management company are on site and are very helpful. On our next trip to PCB, we will be booking with them again. Highly recommend this property for your next visit!

Amazing Views & Exceptional Staffing

Reviewer Comments: First, these units at Seachase offer the most amazing floor to ceiling wall of windows in the main living area, and better yet...BOTH bedrooms have the same view!!! Secondly, we were extremely impressed and grateful for the ease of communication with the rental agency. About an hour after arrival we realized the air conditioning wasn’t working. We were able to reach them after hours. They had after hour maintenance at our unit within the hour. Apparently, the unit was rusted through on the roof. They communicated with the owners, installation crew, had a new unit installed on the next business day, and immediately refunded two days of our stay without us asking for anything. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!!

Great time!

Overall the condo was perfect. Stunning ocean views from each room. Plenty of room for a family of 4- great kitchen with amenities for a night in if needed. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the floor was a little dirty (but a quick sweep thru and all is good) The cabana guy (Jacob) was great. He’s very passionate about his beach area and keeping it clean and nice. Lastly, communication with management was always answered in a timely manner. Thanks so much for a great family vacation!

Constructin Noise and water issues

Though the property itself was nevey nice, 6 of the seven days we woke up to what sounded like jack hammering due to construction nosie that lasted from 9am-5pm. On the first day, there was no water due to a broken pipe. We were unable to flush toilets, take showers, use dishwasher or Washing Machine. Though the water issues were resolved on the second day, we were still unable to take hot showers. We reached out to Management but got the impression they did not believe we were having issues with the hot water and even said cold water was good for the skin!!!. On the fifth day a repairman finally came out and the issued was relsoved. Vacation was supposed to be realxing but ended up being more stressful!!!!

Fall Break getaway

Very nice condo in the quieter west side of PCB, the beach in front of the condo was not crowded and was quiet and relaxing. Close to a grocery store and surf shop. Pier park is also close and easy to navigate too from this condo.

Great family trip

Great views, great location and comfortable beds. Everything you need to have a relaxing family getaway is here. This condo complex is smaller than others nearby so the beach was never crowded like it was in front of the larger resorts. The complex pool area is very nice. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is convenient and the check-in process was quick and easy. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was with hot water at shower time. We were able to take 3 showers before running out but it wasn't a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great week!

Awesome stay

We loved this property. The view of the beach was fabulous from every room. Beach was not crowded at all. We brought our own chairs and umbrella and could set up wherever we chose. Condo was decorated beautifully with a great floor plan. It had everything we needed. We loved being on the quiet end of PCB but were very close to restaurants, shopping and Pier Park. First time staying in PCB and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

We had a great experience. The vertical blinds in one room were off track and once notified, they came promptly to try and fix them. The unit could use a few updates; however, it did not alter our stay. We would book there again. The view from the balcony is spectacular, even from all the glass of the living/dining area, great views!
