Located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the small village of S. Lucia di Sessa Cilento, this beautiful vacation home once originated as an agritourism and offers spacious living areas, both inside the house with dining area on the first floor and living / dining room on the second floor, as well as outside, where customers have at their disposal a large gazebo where they can dine comfortably outdoors. The property also includes a beautiful pool where you can relax after a day trip to the sea or the surrounding area. The nearest sandy beaches are about 13 km away. The vacation home is located in the charming area of Cilento, in the Campania region, in the south of Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Diano Valley in the east, with about 100 km of coastline, mountains and 200 small, mostly medieval villages.In 1991, significant parts of the area were declared a national park (Cilento National Park and Vallo di Diano) and in 1998 UNESCO World Heritage Site of Humanity.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Abbiamo prenotato tramite agenzia, ma non è stata assolutamente presente, ci hanno accolto i proprietari 2 persone anziane cordiali e gentili, ma durante il soggiorno abbiamo dovuto lottare contro mosche azzeccose che pungevano,zanzare,topi di grossa entità che jon permettevano di mangiare all'esterno,troppo sporco lo spazio esterno.abbiamo lamentato della situazione con i proprietari che hanno detto che era campagna, ma essendoci grossi topi,di campagna non avevano nulla,da sconsigliare assolutamente, la piscina non molto pulita.
