Nice multistory condo in walking distance of cocoa village
We had stayed once before, and the owners had actually filled up on the very minor feedback we had provided. Very nice place in Easy walking distance to Cocoa Village with views of launches from 3rd and 4th floor balconies. Host even supplies binoculars.

Space coast getaway
Well appointed unit with river views. Walking distance to Cocoa Village and a short drive from the beach and other Space Coast attractions. Great for multi-generational families with privacy but also spaces for gatherings. Elevator made it easily accessible for those in our party with physical limitations. Will be back!

Great handicap accessible home for the family with a delightful host
This was a great property for our recent trip to Cocoa. We wanted water views without worrying about a crowded beach, and also an opportunity to visit the historic village of Cocoa, FL for some fun dining and shopping. We were absolutely thrilled to be able to do so from this lovely home. Check in was a breeze with Isabelle (Izzy) as she timely communicates with her guests, and she welcomed us to the property and offered up suggestions on places to dine. On first glance, I was a tad worried we might be two long blocks away from the heart of the historic district - as it turns out - it was more like a very short block and half. In that short walk you'll find an Irish pub with decent food and trivia every Wednesday night (practically downstairs and on the corner from where you stay), and the always fun Painting with a Twist for a fun night out with family and friends. The rental has an elevator that easily holds up to two people and/or a single person with a wheelchair or walker (plus bags) and came in handy for us throughout our stay - it was also easy to operate. There is plenty of room throughout - plenty of outside areas to sit and enjoy the breeze; so basically even a large family or group can find room to spread out. If you happen to be there during a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, you've hit the jackpot as the balconies provide the perfect spot for viewing! Definitely a highlight for us. The host provides one roll of toilet paper (for each bathroom) and paper towels upon arrival - so be sure to bring extra if staying for a week as we did, and as we highly recommend (if not longer) - access to all major roads is a breeze from the location of the rental. If I had to pick one thing to warn anyone about it might be that on some nights - not all, you will hear some traffic noise in the back bedroom. Being used to city life, myself - it was no big deal for me, but some form of sound machine or whatever you may use to help you sleep at night might prove helpful if those kinds of things bug you. Again, ample room throughout, even an old table game of Galaga, Centipede, and Frogger, to while away the hours. A huge kitchen with an accompanying table that sits about eight --- it's just perfect for a family or girls' weekend, so be sure to check this one out. We'll be back - for sure.

We were in town to go boating and this property is right across the street from a marina. Condo is clean, has garage parking, and owner is quick to reply if needed!

Amazing house, great location
Perfect house for family or friend vacation! The bedrooms on multiple floors provide privacy for guests. The living room, kitchen, dining room on second floor provides the perfect gathering area! Not to mention the rooftop with amazing views of the Indian River. The easy walk to Cocoa Village restaurants and shopping is great and a straight shot to Cocoa Beach! The property manager was so helpful. This is an A+ property!

The layout of the property was perfect for a family, providing plenty of space and privacy along with a common area for hanging out. The host Isabella was helpful and available throughout the stay. The beds were incredibly comfy! That's never a guarantee and we appreciated the good sleep for the 3 nights we were there. The property was well stocked with plenty of condiments, kitchen items, toilet paper, detergent, trash bags, etc. It was in a quiet area and we enjoyed walking to a nearby ice cream shop one evening. The location made for an easy drive to the beach, the zoo, and into Viera where our family lives. We would highly recommend this property!

The photos didn't do this home justice. From the fully stocked kitchen to the great Nectar mattresses, even the beach supplies ready for your use- no detail is missed in this home. We enjoyed every moment in the home. Short walk to Cocoa Village with cute shops and great food. We will definitely be back!

This four story town home is located on the river in Cocoa, Florida. Great views, and located one block from the main street in town. great shops, restaurants, and the Cocoa Village Playhouse. We saw a great show, Les Mis, while there. Very clean and has everything you need. LOVED THE PERSONAL HOME ELEVATOR. Enjoyed video arcade game. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. One critique is place needs some comfortable couches/chairs for seating.

This rental was absolutely beautiful! My family stayed here for a week during the USSSA World Series & it slept the 6 of us very comfortably. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need, and then some. The elevator was definitely a bonus since 2 of us have difficulty maneuvering stairs. The owners were great, friendly people and offered their assistance at any time. The location has a beautiful view of the river & is in walking distance to a lot of shops & restaurants. We would love to stay here again if we travel to Cocoa again!

As the full time property manager of this unit, I would love to meet and greet my guests but if thats not possible that's okay too! I live on site and am just a call or text away.
