Our kids are 7 and 9 and we LOVE skiing and getting outdoors in the trees - no trees where we come from!

We are originally from Alberta, Canada but we now call Gilbert, Arizona our home. Our kids are desert babies, so we wanted to introduce them to the beauty and experience of lake-living in the forests of the Rocky Mountains - yes, forests are exotic to our little ones.

We were pleasantly surprised, that the kids absolutely loved snow skiing and embraced the temperate climate. We love skiing.....both snow and H2O!

The wildlife in this part of Montana is unbelievable, in fact, the kids have named the deer that frequent our property - you are sure to see Asher, Lenny, Molly, and Jenny hanging out.

Why they chose this property

The previous owners built-out a fantastic property and we have now invested even more in creating the perfect getaway for our family to fully enjoy Montana in all four seasons. I am a very particular comfort-queen so this is place is set-up with everything you would need!

Tranquil, treed, amazing outdoor deck space....and a short-walk from everything Montana. Adjacent to national forest, short walk to massive beaches, boat launch, marina, and, a one-of-a-kind waterfront restaurant with gorgeous views.

We wanted a smaller cabin to force us to connect as a family, BUT, with an amazing outdoor space to embrace all that Montana has to offer. Even in March, the kids gravitated to the outdoors to dig into a book on the deck, collect pine cones or play basketball at the nearby park. Bonus, it is the largest lot in the development.

We also wanted separate guest quarters so that the friends that join us at our cabin will also leave us as friends - you know what I am talking about!!
