THE APARTMENT
This apartment, optimized for seasonal rental, features the following:
- A beautiful air-conditioned living room, with a dining space for 4 people and a fully equipped open-floor kitchen, with direct access to the garden, and a lounge area with sofa and smart TV.
- 2 bedrooms, each on opposite sides of the apartment, with their private shower room, and including a smart TV, a dressing area and a queen size bed.
- A 60m² garden furnished with a dining table and patio furniture (Note: the street has relatively little traffic but the garden still overlooks it. Even with the privacy screens, you will still hear everything including cars passing by during the day. The street is however very quiet during the night).
- Separate toilets.
The convenience of a modern apartment with the added benefit of an outdoor private garden, ideal for al fresco meals in the shade. All in a prime location: the perfect vacation on the French Riviera has begun!
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 15 minutes on foot or by bus from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps in your street, the Avenue Isola Balla, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within a few minutes on foot:
- Enjoy the quaint village atmosphere of the Montfleury district while shopping for your daily needs like the locals do (bakery, pharmacy, wine store, florist and grocery store).
- Head to the center of Cannes via the famous Rue d’Antibes (a 10-minute walk).
- Take a stroll along the Croisette seafront between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine sandy beaches (13 min.).
- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals.
- Discover the best restaurants in the center of Cannes (don’t hesitate to ask us for our favorite spots!)
- Explore the alleys of the medieval Le Suquet district and the church of Notre-Dame d’Espérance, with its panoramic view of Cannes and the sea…

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus public parking 8 minutes away on foot.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
