“Happy Ours” is just steps away from South Beach and has outstanding ocean views and sunsets! The home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. The main living area has a well-stocked, gourmet kitchen with a dining area leading into a fabulous screen porch with a 2nd outdoor dining area. The main living area is adjoined by a separate bar area with built in wine cooler. Adjacent to the bar is a cozy den with a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping.
This floor also has a queen master suite, another full bath, and a spacious laundry/mudroom with lots of space! The laundry area has access to a back porch with a built-in grilling station.
The 2nd master queen suite is upstairs with a large master bath including a garden tub and double sinks. Just around the corner is a half bath and another bedroom with 2 built in twin beds for the kiddos!
Happy Ours will be your new happy Bald Head Island retreat.

Amazing house

We just loved it. Was perfect for our family of four. Highly recommend we can’t wait to stay here again. Very clean, well supplied - lots of beach toys for kiddos. When tv remote died mgt company was there within ten minutes w fresh batteries…much appreciated!

Layout of the house worked well with our group. Beautiful access to the beach. Perfect Thanksgiving

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to 5 Peppervine. Layout of the house was great to accommodate our families. Very nice to have two golf carts. Kitchen could use a few more utensils such as measuring, spoons and bakeware but we were able to complete a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner. The house provided some cleaning supplies and towels which was nice to get us started. Great laundry room. Great views and perfect location . We would definitely rent this house again as we have wonderful memories of our Thanksgiving, 2022.

Pure Bliss

Our family had a wonderful stay at 5 Peppervine! The home is nicely renovated with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We’ll definitely be back!

Happy Ours

Such a great house! Sunsets were amazing and the beach access was right at the end of the driveway. BHI Services were super helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay again. :)

Great place…awesome location and everything you could ask for.

Beach views from porch and an easy walk across street to beautiful beach and sunsets. Property is clean and updated. Kitchen has everything you could ask for to cook for a village. Best feature is glass sliding wall that opens house to screened porch. We will be back.

Great views and location

Owner did a great job with the recent remodel, and it was a great fit for our family with 3 kids ages 2, 10, 13. Nice open layout, home was equipped with everything we needed, and the golf carts had new batteries and ran well. Only 5 minute ride to the grocery store and shops, and has a beach access in front of the driveway which was nice.
