This 115m2 apartment has been fully renovated and equipped. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), a sleeping area with 1 double bed (140x200) and 2 single beds (90x190), two shower rooms, 2 toilets, an office area, kitchen, dining room and living room.

You'll benefit from the entire apartment and be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited Internet access, TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, air conditioning.

Located near the quays of the Rhône (3rd arrondissement), you'll find all the most attractive attractions our City of Light has to offer right outside your window. You'll find something for every taste, from restaurants, bars and museums to markets on the Quais de Rhône and direct access to the Presqu'île. If you stay here, you'll be able to get around almost exclusively on foot and have access to the heart of the city, including Place Bellecour, Vieux-Lyon and its historic monuments, the traboules and Lyon's famous bouchons.

If you arrive at Part-Dieu station, you can take metro line B towards Gare de Oullins to the Saxe-Gambetta stop, then take line D towards Gare de Vaise to the Guillotière stop. The apartment is a one-minute walk away. If you are arriving by car, pay parking spaces are available right next to the building, subject to availability, or at Parking LPA Fosse aux Ours: 29 Quai Victor Augagneur, 69003 Lyon (approx. €30/day). The apartment is a three-minute walk away.

The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after departure, as well as household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. Only one set of keys will be issued for your stay. You will be asked to show your personal identification corresponding to your reservation when you receive the keys. In the case of independent entry, we ask you to send us a photo ID.

Please tell us more about your arrival time. Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside these times and subject to availability, a surcharge will be applied:
- 2pm to 5pm: €20
- 8pm to 11pm: €20
We do not accept guests after 11pm.

On departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival. You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure deadline.

We were disappointed to find that we had no pillow cases, no towels, no hand towels, no wash cloths, no trash bags, no paper towels, no bath mats, and very limited toilet paper. After notifying the managing company immediately, we were given 4 tiny towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and a trash bag the next day (27 hours later). We never received the other items. We were also disappointed to find that the ceilings are low in the bedrooms and the bathrooms are downstairs. One of the bathrooms smells like sewage. The location was good, the place was clean… but we never had pillow cases.

Great location in Lyon. Some basics missing.
The property is in an excellent location. It is managed for what seems to be a professional company. However, the apartment was missing towels, hand soap, toilet paper and laundry detergent. Two beds were missing pillow cases. The property manager did not take calls so we send them emails. They provided towels quickly. For the other items we did not notice until later on so we decided to buy or just skip.
