Family Holiday

We really loved the house great location 10-20 mins from all Disney and Universal parks, supermarket and restaurants/diners very close by. The pool was heated and was just right for us all once we had come home from the parks. The house is air conditioned which is need led in Florida, games room was great fun when we found time to use it. The Windsor Hills resort is clean, safe and has a very nice pool and shop which sells the necessary and also sells food and drink for by the pool. All five of us would really recommend this property.

Perfect!

What a wonderful vacation we had! This house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well equipped. Although we didn’t need it, there were a lot of baby things and some toys in the game room. There were plentiful towels and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. The house is spacious and gave everyone room to spread out at the end of a busy day. The pool is delightful. It was quiet in the neighborhood and it feels very safe to walk around at night. It is a great location, within walking distance of the clubhouse and the tennis courts. I hope we can stay in this house again soon!

Comfortable stay

We stayed at the house for 12 days and our stay was great. We didn’t need to communicate much with the owner, but the one time we did, he was quick to respond. The king beds and linens were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Very close to Disney, Walmart and lots of restaurants. The pool at the house was lovely. The community pool, slides and hot tub area was fantastic. The games room/outdoor furniture could use a refresh, but no big deal in my view. Thanks for sharing your space, Jim.

Disney girls getaway

Fantastic stay at this property located very close to Disney World! Excellent communication with host and seamless check in process. Very close to shopping and dining too. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Our family had plenty of room, the pool was great, the house was very clean! It was a short drive to the Disney parks. Would highly recommend!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this property. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with the basics, and the pool was warm! Our kids loved the pool and game room, and also enjoyed the community pool. It was very comfortable for our family of six. We would stay here again!

Great Stay

Seven of us stayed at the house and really enjoyed it, especially the heated pool. The layout was great, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The owner was really easy to communicate with and responded to our questions really quickly. The only downside was that the place needed a good deep cleaning of carpets, windows, light fixtures, etc.

Good floor plan and good neighborhood

This house has some definite pros: easy check-in, a good floor plan with a bathroom for each bedroom and a nice community pool. The water pressure is good and there was plenty of hot water for showers. However, there are some things to be aware of. The lights in the swimming pool do not work, so we were unable to swim after returning home from the parks as sunset is early in winter. The silverware needs to be replaced as it is very flimsy. The 'sharp' knives do not barely cut through food. There were exactly eight bath towels and washcloths, so they were washed often. Also, be very careful of the rug inside the front door. It is a tripping hazard (it happened to two of us), especially if you had an older adult. Just be aware of thosee things when booking this house.

Great location, comfortable home

We love the Windsor Hills neighborhood, close to dining, stores and theme parks in a nice development. The home was clean and comfortable. Loved the living room which had plenty of seating and cozy couches. The beds were great. Enjoyed our stay.

Fun Family Vacation Villa

My family and I had a quiet, comfortable and relaxing vacation staying at this oasis from home. We loved the pool, the resort amenities and the proximity to the parks! Jim was a great host.

Disney trip

We had a great stay at this property. Nice travel time to Disney parks which is what we were there for. The kids loved having the pool to swim in every spare minute. Perfect home base for our vacation.

Perfekt avslapning og begge familiene hadde maks utbytte av dette oppholdet. Nydelig og idyllisk område, huset likeså. Hvis man skal pirke /gi tips til utleier kunne nett rundt bassenget vært undersøkt- fikk av og til besøk av ekorn. Kunne vært ønskelig å skru opp temp på boblebasseng på kveld når sola hadde gått ned. Noen av spillene på gaming rommet kunne ha vært fikset litt på de da var litt ødelagt. Kanskje også oppgradert putene på møblene utenfor. Dog Ingenting av dette ødla stemningen likevel 😊

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home to others. The owner was quick to respond to some initial parking confusion and helped to clear things up very quickly. The pool was fabulous and we loved how it backed up to an open field. Thank you for having us!

Amazing place

Spent the week at Jim's place with my wife, our 4 and 2 year old, and my in-laws. Place was very clean and well taken care of. The place was large enough to accommodate us all. Anytime I had a question Jim was quick to respond. House is very comfortable and whole family loved the pool area. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Great place to relax after Disney

Great property and neighborhood. Private swimming pool was nicely heated and enjoyed the spa. Fun splash pad at the community pool for the kids. Loved walking the neighborhood. Nice break from our day trips to Disney (only 15 minutes away)

Nice place for a quick getaway on short notice

Great house!

We had a wonderful vacation and this property is in a prime location. The house layout was great for our family, and we all enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the patio every morning and evening. Super close to all the parks (Disney, Universal), as well as the community center pool was a big hit with our kids. Would definitely recommend this location!

2nd stay in a great house

The house is great! Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom - full kitchen and our very own pool for cheaper than staying on Disney property in a tiny hotel room (and that includes paying for parking at the parks). It also offers a great shortcut into the back of Disney property so there is hardly any traffic! The kids love coming back to swim and play in the game room after a long day of being in the parks. We love being able to save money by making our own meals. The house offers a great place to relax and enjoy a Disney vacation. I will definitely be back!

Great family vacation!

This was a beautiful home! The kids loved the pool. The house was clean and any small issues I had the owner and property managers were quick to respond. They resort community was great from the guards at the front gait to everyone working the grounds. The kids also loved the community pool and water slides! Property was within a short distance to everything you need from stores to area amusement parks. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a great family vacation!

No pride in ownership here - Everything is outdated, worn out, or just plain broken - The most important thing for me was to have a heated pool - Was lied to that someone checked on it and said it was working - Nope, cold the whole week - Manager never returned my text - House was less than a 10 minute walk to clubhouse which was nice.

Perfect place if you are going to Disney..

Over all we had a great experience at this property. House was big and roomy. pool was nice, but was unheated. You have to pay extra if you want the pool heated. The club pool is actually heated so we went there mostly. They also have a small waterpark the kids loved. Our air conditioner went out day after we got there. Jim was quick to get it fixed same day. We are grateful since it was in the 90's. The only thing I can say that could use an uodate are the skillets. They are warped and do not fry well anymore. Also you need to buy all your own condiments, toilet paper etc... It makes it hard when you have to leave it all behind. Such a waste.. We would stay there again if we went back to Disney..

We live in North Carolina and Canada and own this as a family retreat.

Why they chose this property

Closeness to Disney was the most important factor. We had stayed in a number of vacation rental homes on prior visits to Florida. We loved the result, lots of togetherness for the family but enough privacy. A lot of communities are a lot farther out. From here, one traffic light and you can be into the Disney road complex. We liked the gated community, the fact that this was a newly built area with the best clubhouse and many extra facilities.

What makes this property unique

The full lanai offering shade from the sun and shelter
from the rain when having a leisurely morning coffee made
this unique for us. We still have no regrets almost six
years after having purchased this villa.
