The residence is located just 800 m from the beach, in a majestic setting, on a real peninsula formed by the Siagne river, the Résidence Les Rives de Cannes Mandelieu is made up of several small buildings.

Featuring a regional architectural style, the residence blends perfectly into the nature of the 5 hectares of the park, and its multi-colored shutters further add to this Mediterranean atmosphere.

For your well-being, you can, for an additional fee, enjoy a fitness room, the Riviera restaurant or the outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool (open from April 6 to November).

The little extra of the residence: possible access by boat via the private pontoon. On site it is possible to obtain the boat license in 3 days (subject to acceptance of the file 1 month in advance), then to rent a boat for a sea trip.
