Beautiful panoramic villa surrounded by greenery, very close to the center of Gaeta and 6 km from Formia, the ferry port to the islands of Ponza and Ventotene. The house is ideally located to visit both the main resorts of the northern coast, such as Sperlonga (15 km) and Terracina (37 km), and the attractions of the southern part, such as Caserta with its Royal Palace and Naples (85 km) with its ferry port to Capri and Ischia. View of the countryside up to the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The villa is surrounded by large lawns accessible to guests (a gardener has free access to the garden). The villa consists of a main building and 2 dependencies. Access to the house via a very narrow road.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
