Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- Level 1: a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen ;
- Level 2: two bedrooms with two double beds and a bathroom with toilet.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and view.

During your stay, you'll also have access to a coffee machine, oven, washing machine and fan.

The duplex is close to metro lines 2 and 4.
You'll find a Franprix supermarket 550 m from the building for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
