In the heart of the Batignolles district, this flat without a lift is close to all commodities (transport, shops, monuments, museums etc). The 32 m² flat is located on the 3rd and top floor of a typical building and is composed of:
- a cozy living room overlooking the courtyard with a comfortable double sofa bed,
- a well-equipped kitchenette (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hotplates, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a double bed and a desk and wardrobe,
-a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer
- TV and Wi-Fi.

## Neighborhood

The 17th arrondissement is one of the most emblematic districts of Paris, particularly thanks to its proximity to many Parisian monuments. You can easily explore Montmartre and the Sacré-Coeur (20 minutes' walk) or the famous Pigalle district (18 minutes' walk). For lovers of sport, green spaces and picnics, the Parc Clichy - Batignolles Martin Luther King is just a nine-minute walk away. Paris is also considered by many to be the city of love: just twenty minutes from the flat, you can admire Le Mur des Je t'aime or declare your love. Last but not least, this beautiful flat is within walking distance of numerous museums, theaters, a casino, and a cinema (Pathé Wepler). For going out in the area, we recommend the MELT Batignolles restaurant (3 minutes' walk), the Tonton des Dames (8 minutes' walk) or the Garni (1 minute' walk). Finally, for sweet treats, the Jeffrey Cagnes (5-minute walk) or Yann Couvreur (11-minute walk) patisseries will delight your senses.
