Beach Sands is a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom bungalow just seconds from the white sands and turquoise waters on the South beach of Jolly Harbour.
It features an expansive outdoor sun deck with BBQ grill, sun loungers and a comfortable seating area ideal for enjoying outdoor living, along with a table and chairs for those al fresco dinners.
There is also use of the 30ft finger pier.
The large open plan living / dining area has a true Caribbean feel with high vaulted ceilings and great views out over the deck. The deck is complete with sun lounges and al fresco dining for 4 overlooking the water.

The spacious master bedroom with views out on to the waterway and Sleeping Indian beyond has a king-size bed and a built-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has the option of 2 single beds or a King. Both the main bedroom and second bedroom share a bright modern bathroom.

Perfectly located just a short stroll to the beautiful South Beach, and within the beautiful Jolly Harbour Marina you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The large fully stocked supermarket, swimming pool, tennis courts and golf club are also on your doorstep just a five-minute walk away.

There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.

Great location for beach and restaurants.

This property was perfectly located for our group on the south side of Jolly Harbour. We didn’t want to rent a car or cart, and this property is an easy couple minutes stroll from the beach, maybe 5-7 minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. The deck overlooking the water was a great place for morning coffee. We are early to bed types, and the restaurant on the beach stays open to midnight, but we couldn’t hear it at all. If you want to explore outside Jolly Harbour, you definitely need a car. Parking is somewhat limited. Check in/check out was no problem. We were sent a video prior to arrival walking through everything we needed to know. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay again.

Our stay at Sunny Waterfront Bungalow was everything that we expected. The photos and description were current and accurate.The bungalow was perfectly presented for our evening arrival, with lights on and a/c fully functioning.Throughout our stay Amy and her team were very responsive and readily willing to assist....from replacing a couple of items for us, to organising our regular weekly clean. communication was always prompt and "upbeat"Many thanks to all involved during our wonderful stay.We would happily stay again.

Wonderful stay

We stayed one week in July and everything was perfect. Iris and Amy arranged everything for us: taxi from and to the airport, car rental and tour to Barbuda. The bungalow has everything that we needed and is few steps to the wonderful Jolly Beach. It is located in Jolly Harbour area which is very safe. We had perfect vacation, thanks for everything

Excellent location. Lovely veranda. Villa spotless. We had a few problems which were sorted with in a couple of hours. Road very busy with traffic going down to the beach. Avoid walking about 11am and 3.30 when the taxi’s are taking the cruise ship passengers to and fro from St. John’s If no cruise ships in then the beach and road are very quiet. Only complaint . We had to pay the extra ABST and extra tourist tax when we arrived which we hadn’t heard about. as it had gone up from the 1/1/24 we arrived in the villa in the 18/1/24

Lovely Bungalow with amazing deck in beautiful south finger Jolly Harbor

This property is very nice. For someone without a boat the interior has a nicer layout than the condos on the south fingers. The property is as described, but could be improved a bit with a little more attention to detail to make the stay easier. The house was stocked well with basic dishes and cookware. Where is could use a little improvement would be for things like aluminum foil, salt and pepper, oil, garbage bags, tupperware, etc. Basics for cooking that become costly if you have to buy everything. If you don't plan to cook this would not be an issue but we cooked every morning and every other night. The outside area is really lovely and gets sun all day - looking out at the sleeping Indian hills. Beds are comfy, and lots of channels on the cable. The shower is very nice but could use a shelf for soap and Shampoo. The only real negative is that the villa is on the road to the beach and condos, so there is some road noise from the morning to mid afternoon, but the evening it is quiet. We assumed this going in so this did not bother us and the plus of this is that you can walk to the best beach in the Caribbean in 2 minutes - you can see it from the entrance door. The property manager Amy was great and very responsive. She booked us a golf cart and had it waiting there for us. Also she booked our taxi back to the airport with a wonderful punctual driver. All in all a great stay for us. Antigua is just such a beautiful island with friendly people and amazing beaches

Perfect for what we needed

Beach Sands was an excellent property, perfect for what we needed while hauling out our boat. We were able to bring our dingy to the dock to unload our belongings off the boat which saved us from renting a car or golf cart. The property is very close to the beach as well as the restaurants in Jolyy Harbour. Walking to the boatyard was easy during the decommissioning of our boat. We would go back!

Great Waterfront Villa Rental

This property is well located and easily accessed on a secure road within Jolly Harbour. It was well placed, being close to all amenties including beach, swimming pool, restaurants, bars & supermarket Both Iris and Amy gave great communication and information prior and during our stay, which gave confidence that this was a well managed rental villa. The accomodation was clean, tidy and well maintained with an excellent verandah on the south finger waterfront, great for sitting and enjoying an evening meal or drink, there is a large gas barbecue available to use for outdoor cooking. The variety of colourful birds was amazing and a lovely bonus to have them feeding from the patio dining table while we were sat there. The property has all necessary facilities to provide a comfotable and enjoyable stay, including good aircon to both bedrooms and main living area, and we definately felt that this villa had one of the nicer and larger verandah's on the south finger. Thank you Iris & Amy, my wife and I highly recommend this villa to use as a pleasant holiday base to see all the sights of Antigua, it's a great place to rest, relax and return.

Perfect location

The property was perfectly located. Waterfront on the harbour and just a couple of mins walk to the beach. Restaurants, swimming pool, tennis courts and supermarket were also a very short walk away. Check in was very easy, we were met at the property and shown around. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for a self catering stay - coffee machines, blender (great for breakfast smoothies!), picnic bags etc. A few little details could be improved (however did not impact the enjoyment of our stay). Kitchen and bathroom bins didn't have lids, leaving rubbish open. Reed diffusers were old and dried up. Bottles of hand soap were almost empty on arrival, these should have been filled/new. Only one roll of toilet paper supplied for a family of four for two weeks. There was a safe, but no key provided. We had to wait a couple of days to get the key. We were supposed to be met at check out, but no-one turned up. We waited 20 mins after the time we were due to meet, but had to leave for the airport. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend the property and return again.
