The Zen Den is your perfect getaway, blending the comfort of a mountain cabin with the convenience of being right in town. Located within walking distance of Southern Utah University and historic downtown Cedar City, this charming retreat is a peaceful escape where you can relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

With two bedrooms and one bathroom, The Zen Den is designed for comfort and relaxation:

Master Bedroom: Unwind in a king-size bed with convenient direct access to the bathroom.

Guest Bedroom: A cozy queen-size bed offers a great place to rest after a day of adventure.

Living Room: The queen-size sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping options for your group.

The loft is a cozy little hideaway, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. If you need an extra spot to sleep, there’s a twin-size air mattress available—just a heads-up, it’s up to you to set it up and take it down during your stay.

Enjoy the views of the red mountains and stunning sunsets from the porch swing—a perfect spot to start or end your day.

Nature at Your Doorstep

Canyon Park, located right across the street, offers a scenic paved walking trail along Coal Creek. Take a peaceful stroll, soak in the beauty of the majestic red mountains, and enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings.

Exclusive Access to the Entire Property
During your stay, you’ll have full access to The Zen Den. Relax in the cozy living room, cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, or retreat to the inviting bedrooms—this home is all yours to enjoy.

Shared Backyard:
The backyard is shared with another unit, The Fortress, located just behind The Zen Den. If you’re bringing pets, please clean up after them promptly.

House Rules:

-Shoes Off: Leave your shoes at the door for a clean and comfy space.

-Keep the Shower Glass Spotless: Use the provided squeegee after each shower.

-Safety First: Please don’t lean on the railings.

-No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful space to relax and unwind.

-No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking is prohibited, and violators will face a $500 fee for
smoke removal.

-Guest Limit: The home accommodates a maximum of six people.

-No Eating in Bedrooms: Keep crumbs and food out of the sleeping spaces.

-Quiet Hours: Respect the 10 PM noise curfew.

-Clean Up Before You Go: Wash your dishes and take out the trash before checkout.

-Report Damages: Let us know if something breaks so we can take care of it.

Pet Rules:

-We’re pet-friendly and happy to host your furry friends for $35 per pet, per day.

-Keep pets leashed and off the neighbors’ property.

-Excessive pet hair on furniture or blankets may result in additional cleaning fees.
