Won’t stay here again, not worth the price they charged
I’m not super excited to clean up after the cleaning crew when I’m on vacation. There were a significant quantity of long, black hairs left all over the property. There was sand in the washing machine, the dryer didn’t dry. The towels were threadbare and stained. (And yes, I took pictures of everything!) There was literally one single dish towel. They gave us the wrong codes for the gym and pedestrian gate. The very first night, after traveling with 4 children all day, we discovered the bunk bed had missing bedding. We were told at 10 o’clock that night that the rental company was not responsible for providing bedding. Luckily we had an extra blanket in our car or I guess OUR CHILD SLEEPING IN THE BUNK BED wouldn’t have had a blanket. There was an attempt to backtrack by guest services after I suggested they were committing fraud renting on VRBO when no bedding was provided on the bed. I will tell you, I was all filled up at that point. There was no attempt to remedy this or at least refund us partial payment. We were left blowing in the wind. When praise is due, I give it. But not for this rental. This is an honest review. I just wanted to have a nice vacation with my family.
Save your money and a lot of stress. Rent a different unit.
