Nice Unit & great location

The room code didn't work but calling your number gave us a new code that worked We wish that the beach would let us have your beach chairs longer than 5:00 pm It's the nicest part of the day out there at that time.

Birthday trip

Our stay was less than acceptable. Our first room, which was 9B Was infested with cockroaches. When we opened the fridge to get a drink, we realized the entire counter top was moving there was literally hundreds of cockroaches running around. I contacted the management. They said they would handle it in the morning. After a full day of arguing with them about how they were going to remedy the situation with the bugs, I decided to move to a different location. We literally had our bags packed in the car, heading to the Fairfield when they texted me and said they found a different unit for us in the same building. It’s bad enough to have bugs in your room alone having to spend a day of your vacation dealing with the problem. The new unit was nice and didn’t have any bugs. We enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Just OK...

This particular condo was just okay... We have stayed at Crystal Villas for three years in a row. The first two years was in a different condo. This was our first experience with this condo. The overall cleanliness of this unit was not what we would expect especially during the current COVID crisis. There was hair in the shower and the toilets were not clean. The kitchen counters were dirty as well. The floor was also dirty in spots. The beach service was subpar compared to previous years. Many days we experienced the public coming on to the private beach that is supposed to be only for residents of Crystal Villas. The boy that was supposed to take care of that seemed to sleep most of the day once the chairs were set up and never said anything to those encroaching on our beach. Next year we will likely either revert back to the original condo we have rented in the past or look for other accommodations.

Muy buen lugar y esta literal en frente del mar realmente lo recomiendo Para una familia,también puedes hacer tu propia comida y lavar tu ropa no se necesita mucho para llevar. 😉
