Very nice place for a week’s stay for our party of 4. Place was very clean and provided everything we needed. Location was fantastic, with plenty of eateries, grocery and shops nearby; and not too far from downtown Denver. Check-in and check-out was super easy too. This place was stunning! It was very clean and updated! We loved the huge TV and disco lights! The living area was phenomenal! We also liked the split bedroom plan and the kitchen area. We used the grill too! It was a nice safe neighborhood with plenty of conveniences nearby!

The property was centrally located, easy to access mayor highways, local eateries and shopping. The property itself seems professionally kept, from the well manicured landscaped backyard and entryway through the entire apartment. Upon walking in the door, my kids and I were in awe. The choice of decor, the "fireplace" and the area was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed a good night's sleep after travels. The backyard is breathtaking and will make anyone feel relaxed. Location was perfect for all of our needs! Not one disappointment from the moment we chose this VRBO.

Beautiful & Clean VRBO in Family Home

The rental is the "basement" of a family home, but it does not look like a basement at all. Beautifully decorated and very clean. There is a family living above, so we did hear the dog barking occasionally and a baby crying, the owners coming in late at night (early morning) on the weekend. Just be mindful that there is a family living in the home and so there is some noise associated with their lifestyle. The neighborhood itself is very nice and quiet.
