Beautiful high situated house with wonderful view from the kitchen-living room over the nearby Bredasjön (50 m). The house is located about 20 m from S03153. Lake view. Behind the house there is a forest area rich in berries and mushrooms. About 300 m from the house a child-friendly bathing place with diving tower and jetty. To the house belongs 1 boat. Canoe and sauna shared with S03152, 20 m away. 1 additional boat, shared with S03152, is in another lake. Many excursion destinations: Barnens Gård, Blomstergården and Laxens Hus. Few busy road between the house and the lake.
