Close to all shops and transport networks, this south-facing property enjoys daily sunshine. With all the necessary comforts, this vacation rental is perfect for a stay in the mountains, in winter or summer.

Located on the ground floor of a building without elevator, this 30 m² apartment allows you to enjoy a relaxing stay in absolute calm without any facing building. Set in a wooded atmosphere, this apartment is composed of :
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a sleeping area with a bunk bed (2 single beds),
- bedroom with a double bed,
- bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine,
- well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, combined microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- ski lockers, vacuum cleaner, children's games,
- TV,Netflix and Amazon Prime, Wifi.

Please note that it is necessary to go down two flights of stairs (without an elevator) to reach the first floor of the apartment. The mountain configuration of the residence places the building entrance higher than the accommodation. Although located on level 0, the accommodation opens onto the 1ᵉʳ floor on the cliff side (veranda).

## Neighborhood

Located in the Passeaux district, you'll have quick access to the Bergers snow front, with its slopes, ski lifts, ski school and shopping center. To get there, simply take the public elevator 50 meters from the residence, then the Alpe Express, a modern, free gondola that will drop you off quickly (5 minutes) at the Bergers snow front. In the immediate proximity, you'll find a bakery on Place Paganon (10 minutes' walk), and the downtown area of Avenue des Jeux, just 10 minutes' walk away, is packed with activity: shops, skating rink and swimming pool. The Palais des Sports is also a seven-minute walk away. So you'll be in the best place to enjoy the Alps' famous winter sports resort.
