Tucked away in the hills between Arezzo and Siena, near the Renaissance town of Monte San Savino (4 km), lies this spacious and comfortably furnished vacation home in a small wood. From almost everywhere you have a view and exit to terraces and outdoors and countless are the possibilities to enjoy the property: On the terrace, in the shade of the pine trees, under the roof of the pool house or directly under the warm sun of the south - everywhere you are undisturbed; whether you swim in the large pool, sunbathe, barbecue, play billiards, browse or even just take in the beautiful view over the Chiana Valley. If you don't feel like cooking, you can dine in the nearby ristorante. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms upstairs. Free of charge: Three bicycles and a treadmill. In addition, numerous excursion destinations are available from here: Siena, Arezzo, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
