This large, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath split level island home is located 50 yards from sparkling Baby Beach (a quiet, protected blue lagoon in the heart of Poipu Beach). Cathedral ceilings, large lanais and fans throughout make this tropical living at its best! Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two baths, living room with flat screen television, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, wrap around lanais and ceiling fans throughout. Downstairs is a king bedroom with full bath and living area with flat screen television and pull-out sofa bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Large private yard with lush landscaping. This home is located in the best area on the island in sunny Poipu/Koloa. We have just recently renovated the interior with new paint, carpet, Travertine tile flooring, granite counters, cabinets, bathrooms/fixtures, and new stainless steel appliances. It's been completely upgraded throughout the home and looks like new! This home is privately owned and we offer our guests the best rate on the island for a large home. My name is Shelley and I am the owner's Executive Assistant and also the property manager of this family vacation home. I have had the opportunity to spend a great deal of time in Kauai and have established great friendships with some of the local islanders. I work in tandem with trustworthy on-island residents to successfully manage the property. One of the greatest perks of my job is the time I get to spend at the home during maintenance and repairs. I have had the opportunity to experience many of the wonderful adventure activities that Kauai has to offer.
Why they chose this property
It is truly a home away from home. The owners visit the home on a regular basis and make sure it has everything you need while you are away from home. There is a BBQ grill on the lanai for cookouts and plenty of kitchenware to cook your meals at home. The home has plenty of space for a large family to enjoy and the home is situated on a large piece of property with a private backyard. There are plenty of beach toys and gear including fins, chairs, cooler, umbrella, for our guests to use. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods on the island and is just a short walk down the street from Baby Beach, which is a quiet little beach that is perfect for small children. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway for at least 4 or more vehicles. You will hate to leave by the end of your stay.
What makes this property unique
The home is great for a large family group up to ten guests. The downstairs is a private space with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and wet bar to give those wishing for more privacy their own space while still being able to join the others upstairs in the main living area of the home. The morning walks along Lawai Road to Spouting Horn are a great way to start the day and Kukuiula Shopping Center is just a short walk away. You can feel the Aloha spirit!
