Quaint holiday cottage in a small borgo in the mountains above Cortona (18 km). Simple, rustic furnishings; eat-in kitchen with open fireplace. Romantic patio seating area in front of the house; pool with sun terrace and sunbathing lawn shared with the guests of ITA262. The property also has a football pitch, a barbecue, various play equipment and table football; communal washing machine on request. A few metres from the holiday apartments, the owners run a restaurant/pizzeria with preferential prices. Guests can have their meals delivered directly to the flats. Cookery course on request. The agriturismo has pet boxes, a vet and a dog grooming service. The location is somewhat secluded, quiet and very rural. Ideal for switching off. - Cot on request. Excursion destinations: Cortona 18 km, to Lake Trasimeno 35 km, Arezzo 40 km, Città di Castello 28 km.
