The ocean view when you walk in the front door of this oceanfront corner unit in Crescent Shores will take your breath away!

The shiplap hallway welcomes you in with three of the four fully appointed bedrooms (king, 2 queens, 4 twins) and two of the three full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Each bedroom has a smart TV for those moments when you need a break from the beach or pool. The custom-built bunkroom is the perfect hangout for your kids! It shares a connecting bathroom with the king bedroom featuring custom-built furniture, new bedding, and a smart TV. Across the hall is the other full bath and the third bedroom with 2 queen beds and a smart TV.

The open floorplan kitchen and living room are the perfect places to spend time with family while sharing a meal, watching a movie, or enjoying the view. The kitchen has new white cabinetry, quartz countertops with waterfall edge, quartz backsplash, new plumbing, and new appliances. An added coffee/wine bar adds something special to your family moments! It has a coffee maker that uses K-cups for a single cup of coffee or coffee grounds for a whole pot and also a built-in beverage fridge for the perfect temperature drink. The living room has a spacious sectional sofa...perfect for watching a movie on the 65" smart TV or looking out to the ocean beyond.

Directly off the living area is a spacious, beautifully decorated master suite (king) with walk-in shower and jetted tub in the attached bath. Large sliding doors off the living room and master bedroom lead to an expansive 27 ' balcony with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining area ... the perfect place to watch family playing on the beach or swimming in the pool below.

The Crescent Shores Condominium has a 110 foot oceanfront pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two oversized hot tubs, a 1 foot kiddie pool, an indoor pool (for a break from the sun or for a dip in the colder months), and an on-site Fitness Room.

We're located just three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many fun area attractions; including Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Duplin Winery, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, many top golf courses, Top Golf, miniature golf courses, and many other entertainment attractions.

We have poured our hearts and souls into renovating our condo! The new ceilings, paint, flooring, furniture, cabinetry, countertops, tile, appliances, beds and bedding, decor, and kitchen supplies have all been done to help our family have an enjoyable time on vacation. We know your family will love it as much as we do!

Golf Vacation

Wonderful location, beds are clean and comfortable. Linen service included is a plus. Parking across the street in the deck was excellent. Well lit facilities and safe. Morning coffee overlooking the ocean is always appreciated. :-) Do bring or buy local paper towel, kitchen garbage bags, additional toilet paper and hand/showering soap/shampoo. Everything else required is on premises. We didn’t use the pool or hot tubs but they were clean and well maintained. Would recommend!

Spacious Condo

This is a beautiful condo located in North Myrtle Beach. A few on the pros:-Excellent space, large bedrooms, beach access, large balcony, loads of cooking appliances, big enough for two families. Shopping and food restaurants close. Kroger is less than a mile down the road. A few cons:-you will need to purchase for your stay extra, TP (condo only comes with the roll in bathroom), paper towels, dish detergent, dish sponge, trash bags, laundry detergent, hand soap, and beach towels. The fitness room does not have towels, or water refills. The equipment is old. The condo is "spot cleaned."Parking is across the street in a garage. Overall, we did enjoy this condo and would rent again. -

Great vacation spot

Our family group (4 kids between ages 11 & 16 and 4 adults) absolutely adored this property. The condo is beautifully decorated and had enough space for all of us. It was also very well equipped, between chairs and toys for the beach; books, games, and puzzles to keep us entertained; and everything we needed to make some home cooked meals. In fact when I enquired if the condo had an Instant Pot or if I should bring mine, the owner ordered one to have available for our stay. We had a small plumbing issue, and when I contacted her about it she had someone over right away to have it fixed. We enjoyed our vacation so much we will definitely stay here again when we return to Myrtle Beach.

The condo was large and had nicely upgraded finishes. The appliances could have been better, but for the lower price point they were sufficient for our family of 9. Would rebook when returning to Myrtle Beach.

Perfectly wonderful stay

Our group of college friends (all 60+) have stayed at many VRBOs and all agreed this was one of the best! The unit was beautiful and very well stocked with anything you would need. Location was great and parking was easy. The host could not have been nicer and was very responsive to any need we had. Would highly recommend!

Seven Senior Citizens who participate in a monthly zoom book club.

We had a great time. The condo was very beautiful, wonderful floor and excellent view of the ocean. The host was exceptional helpful as she quickly answered our calls and addressed our questions. Would definitely stay again and will refer to family and friends.

Accommodations are excellent. Beds and linens so comfortable. It is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Host responds right away to any questions/concerns. Mini Mart in walking distance for any staples you need. Pool very nice, not heated. We used the grill on property site, also very clean. Large patio with chairs for relaxing as well as a table and chairs for dining. We were so happy with place we booked it again for the next year.

Amazing!!

We had a fantastic stay in Myrtle Beach! The view off the balcony was stunning. Our kids loved being able to go in and out on their own and watch the waves. Having both the pool and the beach so close were so convenient. The house itself was fabulous. We used all the rooms and it was very comfortable for our group. Our only complaint was we had to buy hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. If I had known aheas of time we needed those things, I would’ve packed them instead of needing to buy extras at the store. Other than that, super fantastic trip! We’d love to stay again another time!

Great weekend away!

The condo was perfect! Plenty of room for the kids and they loved the double bunks! Beach storage closet was a huge bonus to help keep the sand out of the condo and there were plenty of toys and chairs to use. Lindsey has a great place, would love to stay again!

The property was very updated and modern. It had all the accommodations that we needed, and the owner was very responsive to questions we had. Our children loved the bunk room and the charging ports in the beds was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun family week!

The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Appreciated the outdoor storage and additional beach toys/chairs that were there. The property was well maintained and had security that was helpful and kept the pool and parking areas clean. Location was great, close to put put, Barefoot Landing and many stores. Beach area was also great, clean with a lifeguard nearby.

Perfect place for our family

Two parents, four kids, two grandparents, and a couple of in-laws had more than enough space for a week-long July 4th getaway. Place was clean, location was perfect, parking and check-in were hassle-free. Third-floor was very convenient for pool and beach access. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean and updated throughout. Felt like we were in a new place. Highly recommend !

Cousins Trip with our families

We loved everything about our stay in this Condo. The 3rd floor was absolutely perfect view for pool and ocean with ease of using the stairs for individual trips up and down. We only used the elevator when there was more than 4 of us. The property has grocery buggies and hotel like luggage carts for hauling stuff in. The parking deck was crowded but we went up to the 7th floor every time and had no problem finding open spots and didn't have to worry about hitting anything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except corn on the cob spikes and we didn't anticipate those being there so we brought our own. The closet had beach chairs sand toys boogie board and an umbrella in it. You can tell that

Hey y'all!! We're the Andersons from Charlotte, NC...just a short 3-hour drive to North Myrtle Beach. We LOVE the ocean so we decided to purchase a second home there and open it for others to enjoy. A passion of ours is home renovation so we've been able to pour our heart and soul into our condo...enjoying every moment of it...making it a comfortable, clean, enjoyable place for you to stay. We hope you love being there as much as we do!!

Why they chose this property

We knew we wanted to be right on the beach...I want to drink my coffee in the morning looking at the ocean and my glass of wine at night doing the same. We walked into the front door and knew right away that this was the right place for us...that view...oh my goodness!! We could see through the previous decor to what it could be...and she's a beauty now!! We also love the proximity of the condo to the pools and the super short walk down to the beach...with four kids we have lots of "supplies" that have to go with us ;)
