Great beach access

We enjoyed this property. The house could have been a little more clean on arrival but we enjoyed this house very much and that did not detour from our trip.It has great beach access a wonderful pool and a great little dive bar with live music outside down the street. Communication with Dave was great. Also i did not call Dave about the cleanliness upon our arrival as we just wanted to start our vacation. I do feel like he would have taken care of that had he known. I would rent this property again. access is perfect.

Great Stay

The property was clean, orderly, and eveythung functioned as it should. The beach access was great and closer than anticipated. David was great to work with and highly recommend. 10/10 would stay again.

!!Wonderful House!!

The house was perfect for our family of 9! Great location by the beach and the private pool was so convenient to enjoy! Plenty of parking space and so much space inside as well! Our older kids really enjoyed the pool house, too! We will definitely consider staying again!

Its okay

The property located close to the beach but pretty old. Cons Broken stair steps Wobbling hand rail Mold in the bathtub Rusted kitchen wears Old refrigerator The back room by the pool smell like sweat and chlorine Its also hot cuz the a/c cannot keep up eith the heat during the day The livingroom on the upper level also hot during the day. Washer and dryer is very loud Broken downstair bathtube Most of the mattress are old and beatup very uncomfortable to sleep on. Most of us end up sleep on the floor on 2nd night Pros Less than 3mins walk to the beach Private pool Nice front balcony Large parking spots David was aware of the broken step but not sure why he did not fix it until i mentioned the problem to him. We had 3 seniors with us and the broken step made us worries about their safety. Almost 70% of the stuff around the house need to be replace or remodel. Also most of the stuff there look like done or fix by DIY which is ghetto. Im not sure how this place charge so much for such thing.. i never had am unpleasant stay at PCB before and this is our very first time happened to us. The bathtube is broken with a very long crack on the center of it. You can feel it move as you step in and it could cut get your toes caught in it if not careful. We were not sure how to react to this property and know there is no refund back at the time when we got to the place so we just had to stay as is.

Beach house

Great location, clean, and everything went well. Great communication to things like trash pickup and internet. The A/c was on point as it was 100 degrees all week never froze up. The pool was hot but didn’t stop nobody. Con’s - needed some more kitchen utensils and the stairs was a little sketchy with trim on the edges of the steps. But they had enough cleaning supplies to not have to go buy stuff like trash bags and detergents. Plenty of blankets and nice furniture, indoor and outdoor! Plenty of parking without the hassle of moving around. All and all it was a great experience and would recommend!

Great Family Vacation Destination

Overall we were very pleased with Dave and the property. Very easy two minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable although the sofa in the Living Room needs to be replaced. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. The kitchen is very well equipped! It might be the world we live in. The house was advertised as having a pool and sleeping 18 but there was an extra charge for having more than eight in the party and there was an itemized pool charge. With VRBO and so many other things the consumer pays so many extra fees…

Very nice home ,location and furnishings and the pool and poolhouse were great for cooling off during the cookout .It comfortably accommodated our group of nine I would rent it again .

Spring Break 2024

Great vacation property with easy access to the beach. The private fenced in heated pool was a must for our trip and we used it a lot. Property is well maintained and clean. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Would recommend to other families looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Group trip to PCB

Our trip to PCB was great. Communications with the property owner/manager were easy and he was very responsive and easy to work with. The house was perfect for our group of 9; very close to the beach, plenty of room inside and two nice 2nd floor porches to hang outside on. The kitchen was well appointed for us to cook and eat in if we didn't want to go out for dinner. The pool house provided 3 more bunks so our group could spread out a bit and it was fun to have another space to socialize in. Area was quiet and not in the midst of spring break craziness, so that was an added bonus. Overall a great trip, house fit the bill perfect.

Location! Location!

This is a perfect house for our family! The location was also perfect, literally just a few steps from the sand. We went for Thanksgiving and it was not crowded at all, we felt like it was a private beach all for us! The pool house was such a bonus for the kids to have their own area. Plenty of parking space and within 3 miles to Walmart. Overall very satisfied.

Sibling Weekend

The location of the property (proximity to beach access) was as good as you can get without being on the beach. Kitchen amenities were good, two king rooms were very nice and comfortable. Bunk room could use some new mattresses and a little more updated (more) seating in living room would be a plus. Outdoor patio furniture was very nice. Loved the rocking chairs and had a nice view to the left of the property. All in all, very pleased with the property.

Great family vacation house

This house rental was perfect for our family of multi ages. Best part was being on a quiet street just steps from the beach! We were comfortable letting our kids go back and forth to the beach. It had everything we needed. The grandparents loved the front porch and the preteens loved to hang out in the pool house. Our 1 year old loved the big soaker tub! Location was close to restaurants, Putt putt, state park, and the bay where most excursions are. We had an issue with pool house light and it was taken care very promptly. Our only recommendation would be to heat the pool as we came in October the kids only got in once because it was too cold.

A great place for a relaxing family vacation

We had so much fun at this property! There was plenty of space for everyone & had everything thing we needed. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly & the beach access was just feet away. We rented a golf cart through another business & could go to all the restaurants & fun places on that. The private pool was the biggest hit though with plenty of shaded & unshaded seating. We would rent this house again if available!

Great multi family place

12 of us all mixed ages stayed comfortably. The pool house was great for the teens and the little had the bunk beds. Master site was great. Kitchen had the basics and we did a wallmart delivery when we arrived. There are plenty of boogie boards and beach toys in the garage for kids. The walk to the beach was so close. The kids freely went back and forth from the pool to the beach and we weren’t at all inconvenienced by it. I walked down barefooted with a cup of coffee to enjoy some peace and was very satisfied! Dave the owner responded quickly with questions and called right back or answered when we needed him. Great place for multi families!
