Cozy 3 Beds 2.5 Bath Home Near Las Vegas Strip!
Don't miss this incredible 3 bed/2.5 bath home available in a quiet community in desirable Silverado Ranch. Only 15 mins from the famous Las Vegas Strip and new Radier Stadium; extremely close to popular shopping, restaurants, close to the freeways for ease of travel anywhere in vegas. Dual master layout with one bedroom down stairs and the other upstairs each with their own private bathrooms. Queen sleeper coach in the downstairs living room. W/ everything you would want. Come enjoy your stay!
Such a great community very quiet and calm, large community park right behind the house that’s great for pets or a nice walk.
Both full bedrooms and the downstairs third bed in the downstairs living room are all open as well as all the other areas, garage, and balcony.
We really put a lot of time and energy into the new layout with fresh paint and all different furniture. We wanted this to feel like a home away from home. We know you will love it.

Lovely & quiet neighborhood located in desirable Silverado Ranch within 15 minutes drive to the famous Las Vegas Strip. Close to shopping centers, new Raiders Stadium and easy access to freeways.
Park in front of the house, in the garage, in the driveway, and lots of other spots around. The park behind the house is huge and had a basketball court, large area of grass to relax or take the pets to run around. Walking trails with horseshoe lanes as well.
House Rules Summary:
Occupancy: Max 6 persons; additional guests incur charges and possible eviction.
Smoking: Allowed outside or on the balcony only. $200 fee for violations.
Pets: Must be disclosed; $100 penalty for undisclosed pets.
HOA Rules: Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). Violations may result in eviction without a refund.
Fees:
Late check-out: $50 per hour.
Surveillance: Cameras must remain operational; tampering incurs a $300 fee.
Parties/Events: Prohibited. Noise must be minimal after 10 PM.
Inspection & Malfunctions: Report any issues upon arrival. No refunds for malfunctions of amenities.
Damages: Charges may apply for theft, extraordinary cleaning, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
By confirming your stay, you agree to these terms and authorize charges to your credit card as necessary.
