The enchanting Villa Manjana is very private and quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac facing south towards the Atlantic. It is close to Praia Paraiso, Carvoeiro Beach and Algar Seco beaches. The Pestana and Vale de Milho golf courses are not far away.

The 10 x 6 m private pool is directly in front of the living room terrace and almost invisible.
The 3-bedroom villa is located in a north-south direction. On the ground floor there is the 40 m² living room and the modern kitchen with direct exit to the west terrace.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor with large double beds (180 * 2m), one en suite with a shower room and one with a separate bathroom incl. Bathtub.
On the upper floor there is a spacious master bedroom (also with a bed 180 x 200) with bathroom en suite; in front of it is a veranda, which also offers the option of setting up a cot in direct connection with the parents or a folding guest bed for an older child. Both are available on site.
In front of the veranda there is also a terrace area with a wonderful view over the picturesque Quinta Do Paraiso.
From this terrace you can then take a wide staircase to the roof terrace, where guests can enjoy a fantastic Atlantic view and end the day with a glass of wine.

All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and TV (German channels). Portuguese and English channels can also be received in the living room.
In the kitchen there is a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
In the covered barbecue area grill and washing machine.
WiFi is available throughout the house free of charge.

Pets are not allowed. The villa is a non-smoking house.

The key and house handover takes place by our house manager. It is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. if required. In addition, costs are incurred if the landlord is not responsible for the need. Approximately The tenant must contact the property manager two days before arrival in Portugal to arrange the handover date. If the arrival time is outside of business hours, please let him know in good time. You will receive the phone number of our property manager after booking.
It makes most sense to let us know the arrival times immediately after booking so that you can plan ahead. Any changes must also be reported.
