In the heart of Tarpon Springs, this new build (finished Jan 2021) is true to the historic ambiance of this bohemian Greek fishing village. Walkable to water, park, bayou, sponge docks, dolphin cruises, live music, & historic downtown of local restaurants, shops, and breweries.

Manatee Splash Vacation House started welcoming guests in Feb 2021. This new build is far from plain. Glass door knobs to farmhouse stairs and chandeliers, coastal touches from local artists. We love this place! And the location is Amazing! We live in the area and still enjoy being tourists in our city. Stainless new kitchen appliances make it easy to enjoy a day at home. Otherwise hit the streets and walk to view manatees in Spring Bayou and grab a bite along the sponge docks.

Not your average space! And far different from a sterile suburban hotel. All set for making memories.

Just shy of 1400 sq ft with a well designed layout that feels very spacious. Master bedroom en suite is on the main floor next to the kitchen. There is a half bath just off the living room. Upstairs, the bathroom and laundry room are between the two guest bedrooms.

Your access code is available on the booking site and you can use that on the lockbox for self checkin. . Please be sure you know your access code BEFORE traveling to avoid delays on your checkin day while you try to reach me if you do not have your code.

Please take care of our home like it’s your in-law's house - since we know you’ll clean up better than at home ;) Seriously though, we love to host but are disheartened when the occasional issue arises of damage or cleanliness. This is a home- not a motel. Have fun and leave it as you found it. We enjoy hosting return visitors - ask for a standing rate.

Pets may be welcome but require advance permission. $150/pet fee. Up to 2 cats or dogs.

*** Charges will apply to late checkouts or not following checkout policies. Please be kind and realize our housekeeper drives an hour to get there to sanitize and setup between each guest.

Parents may use their discretion to bring a young child here but there are open stairs and nothing is baby-proofed.

Grill and patio set available for use on back patio/carport, which is just off the kitchen. Please keep it over the drip board and drop tray.

Guests are expected to bag all of their garbage and recycling so the wind doesn't feed it to our local sea life. Please take the garbage to the curb before Monday and Thursday mornings.

Renter and guests must be 25 years of age or older, unless their legal guardian is present.

Initial roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom but other paper products or consumable supplies are not provided. Walgreens is just up the street for guests to conveniently pick up additional as needed. Instacart will deliver for a small fee.

Shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, and shower gel are stocked. Dishwasher and laundry detergent are not usually supplied. There is a hair dryer in the master bathroom and an iron in the laundry room.

Tarpon Toms is around the corner and offers delivery of rentals such as bikes, kayaks, etc.

Stroll the neighborhood with some cobble streets, many bakeries and restaurants, and much sea breeze. This a small town turned tourist turned back bohemian-Greek fishing village. Not your average pass through city. Check out the sponge docks 2 blocks away or Fred Howard Park or Sunset Beach at 1.5 miles away, Dunedin and Honeymoon Island 6 miles, clearwater beach 12 miles. 9 miles to Blue Jays games. 2 miles to Valspar Golf Championship.
