I’m so glad you’ve decided to check out my home. I’ve taken great pride in creating a relaxing, welcoming escape where you’ll make wonderful, lasting memories. This gorgeous lakefront home has an open floor plan, and has been totally remodeled. It’s situated on beautiful Lake Hartwell and is conveniently located within minutes to all your favorite restaurants, and shopping destinations.

Great experience!

House was modern, clean, quiet and convenient. Nick was very easy to communicate with. Of the many VRBO properties we have stayed at…this was the best. Four adults with trucks and bass boats. All agreed this stay could not have been better. Thanks Nick for a great stay.

Wonderful Trip! Highly Recommend

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It is beautiful and meticulously clean. There is not one thing I would change. It is fully stocked with anything you may need and lots of extras - like coffee, creamer, snacks, soaps, shampoo, etc. The owner goes above and beyond! The beds are comfortable and the screened in porch is amazing. Nice dock and paddleboat. Life jackets on site. My grandson enjoyed lots of fishing and even whiffle ball that we located in the storage container. VERY close to town with many restaurants and shopping. I could go on and on. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful Lakefront Property!

This home was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The large TV in the living room and large ones in all the bedrooms kept everyone happy. The grandchildren enjoyed the yard, boat dock, paddle boats and of course the lake. I loved the large laundry room! We appreciated the host leaving so many starter supplies. That was a nice surprise. We had a wonderful week at this property and the host was really great!!

Great quiet location in Anderson

This is such a quiet neighborhood on Lake Hartwell in Anderson. The house is on a circular street with side streets good for walking and quick laps on a bicycle. The updated, very clean house is a one story with 3 bedrooms with a King bed, 2 bathrooms, multiple TVs, a lake porch and spacious living room. The garage has a finished floor and ping pong table. Lots of space for every one. The large lot and level driveway are all safe and usable. It is a easy slope to the lake past the fire pit. This is our best rental ever to have our grandchild join us after school and between sporting events. Thank you, Nick for providing us with this rental. We will be back to this neighborhood.

Great stay!

We traveled to South Carolina after Christmas for a short stay, wanting to be near Anderson/Greenville. The location of the home is great - convenient to highways and 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. The place was immaculate and comfortable. The teenagers were very happy to have their own rooms with king beds and tvs. The property is beautiful- right on the lake. We would love to return in warmer weather. There is a fire pit that we planned on enjoying, but time got away from us. Check in/ out was easy and communication with Nick was prompt and detailed. Thanks, Nick for a great stay!

Great lakefront home in Anderson

We came to visit with family for Christmas. Home was clean and well maintained. Loved the available coffee and creamers/sugars. Garage game room was great for kids. Super convenient to groceries and shopping. Would love to stay during a warmer time to explore the lake. Will definitely stay again!

It was well tucked into the lake area and just perfect. Water pressure and hot water heater needs to be turned down. Very hot only thing We can think of . Perfect house for weekend getaway!!

Husband 51 st Birthday

We are from Ft Worth Texas but my husband was born in south Carolina so we rented this home for him to celebrate his birthday with his family after not seeing them for 17 years. Everything was beautiful. The house is well laid out and host very thoughtful and had extras for bathroom likehygiene, and also trash bags n paper towels. He also left us water in fridge. Very thoughtful. Neighbors on left was very friendly. The fishing was fun. Kids did s'mores. Overall a truly wonderful weekend spent in a beautiful home.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We truly enjoyed this property and loved the outdoor space. My husband was able to fish while I spent time reading on the outdoor patio. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby along with the awesome lake access from the back yard. Made us wish we had a boat with us to enjoy the water even more.
