Your crew can sit back and relax in our spacious living room, complete with a plush sectional, wood-burning fireplace, 65" Smart TV, and large windows that look out on a beautiful, lush tree-scape. When mealtime comes around, enjoy our fully-stocked kitchen that has all of the essentials you'll need to create your favorite meals. Move the festivities outside to our back deck that features cozy seating, a grill + a fire pit in the back yard.

Choose from one of our 3 bedrooms (1) a King-size bedroom with private deck access and a 55" Smart TV (2) a Queen-size bedroom with luxury linens and bedding (3) a Full-size bedroom with a twin bunk bed, a 55" Smart TV + a tent for your youngest crew members.

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancelations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancelation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities (There is no garage access). The guest does not have access to the garage. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
