Common ground + parking in summer only. Skiing Tignes/Espace Killy at 200 m. Cross-country ski 100 m. Golf on the spot. Swimming pool at 500 m. Basic boating & water at 100 m. Contemporary Chalet style at 200 m from the slopes of the vast Espace Killy ski area. At the heart of the famous "olimpiyskiy" on the edge of the golf and the waterbody. Residential quiet. Nice South expo. Small landscaped. All services & shops on-site. Beautiful views of mountain.
