Cozy cottage on Lake Hamilton fabulous place with boat dock swimming dock

Amazing View overlooking Lake Hamilton !! A large back patio as well as a the living room and kitchen overlooking the lake!! It has three bedrooms, two baths , two living rooms , a boat dock with private swimming. Upstairs there is a balcony overlooking the lake with an amazing view! Very quaint and cozy for a family get away!

Not represented correctly

The interior of the house does not reflect what is on VRBO. Furniture not the same and bedroom upstairs not the same. The house was not clean. Dead mosquitos in the kitchen cabinets. Mosquitos all in the house. The location was fine and it is a really cool little set up but the house needs some TLC

Family time

We found this location to be amazingly beautiful. It had more than what we expected. The only problem we had was the wifi wouldnt stay connected, which wasnt a problem in the end. The lake was wonderful for swimming and floating. really

Cute and Cozy!

We loved this small a-frame house right on Lake Hamilton. The location is great because it is very close to town. The only downside was we have very tall people in our family and the a-frame caused a few bumps to the head. Also the upstairs area does not stay as cool as downstairs but once you turn the fans on it helps alot. I would absolutely recommend this for a small family get away, we were able to fish right off the doc and even jump in and swim when we got to hot.

About my visit

The place and view was really good. We want to come here again but the location was not accurate.We didn’t get the exact address on our confirmation mail. So we have to call the property owner on our way.We didn’t get the property code too so we called him middle of the night. Thankfully The property owner was really good and he was very cooperative whole time.When we got inside the house there was spider web everywhere in the door, chairs. It seemed like no-one had stayed there for a long time.The freeze was also broken already. In future ,location wise it is a great place for vacation but the place need to be cleaned and well maintained.

Fantastic

Pier was awesome to swim from! I was concerned about the feasibility of swimming from the pier just because our kids are older. The water was deep, clean, and cool! House was cozy and comfortable. Loved the windows and the wonderful deck. Not to many stairs to climb either!

Cute A-Frame House

Clean and comfortable house. Well equipped with kitchen necessities. The stovetop can be a little tricky to use since there is no clear marking to point to your desired heat setting.

Perfect getaway

Took a quick little trip with some friends and this place was perfect. The house is in a beautiful location on the lake and had everything we needed. As other reviews stated, Google maps doesn’t take you to the correct street, but its not too hard to find. Would definitely recommend this place to others - hopefully we’ll get to go back!

Quiet Lake House

GPS takes you to the house around the corner. So before you go around the bend, look for Quiet Water Cv on the right. Street sign is bent, so if you're not looking for it, you'll miss it.

Girls’ Trip

Property was wonderful—owner answered questions quickly—cottage was clean and very peaceful—everything we needed was there. Two things others may need to be aware of though are 1. Road to cottage was somewhat rough 2. Both bathrooms were on bottom floor—a slight problem for a group of senior women! Overall we loved the cottage and had a great time there.

Excellent!

I definitely over packed, this place had everything! Definitely a home away from home. All the pots & pans I needed, all the towels, all the plates and utensils, everything. It was all well stocked. Now the view? Love. Sunset and sunrise were gorgeous and the fish were BITING. We caught 8 or 9 fish!? Great experience

Perfect place on the lake

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay so much on this beautiful property! The upper deck was large enough to play cornhole, eat dinner, and store most of our lake toys! The house itself was quaint and just right for the 9 of us. We will definitly be back!

A Peaceful Mother’s Day

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my family! The cottage was inviting. Ask the kids had their own space, they could swim, we could grill. We enjoyed it. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Check in/out was easy. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need for a weekend stay. The lake area was quiet as well. We’ll definitely be back.
