About this property

This tiny house pocket farm is surrounded by a small fenced-in yard with a pond nestled below. Located about 1.5 miles from a boat ramp on Lake Hartwell. The tiny house features a loft bedroom and sleeper sofa, refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, toaster, air fryer, two electric eyes, coffee maker, large screened-in porch, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor grill, locking gate. Practice living on a farm before you buy one! You won't want to leave. The home features wi-fi with Netflix on the tv.

Two of our newest residents include the young bulls, freckles and frisky. They are friendly but please keep your pets in the guests fenced area around the cabin. The bulls love their pictures taken and enjoy treats.

Fun getaway close to the lake!

Super cute cabin on a nice, quiet farm just minutes from the lake and restaurants. We (dogs included) had an amazing time and Pam was a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful time ! Our first time in Hartwell and really enjoyed the friendly people!

Such a cozy, cool place to stay. Loved the screened in porch, fire pit and comfy bed.

Living large while living small!

Lovely cabin with a fenced in yard for the pup, and a loft for sleeping! Checked off all the boxes for our quick weekend away. Once we got there we felt at home, and were taken back by how cool the place was! We loved the sunroom and the outdoor space for grilling and campfires. The owner, Pam, was very responsive and nice to work with! We definitely recommend this cabin to others.

Great Escape

This property was awesome. A great escape from Atlanta. It had everything I needed - big porch, open space for a dog, fast wifi, a smart tv, and a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything I needed for a couple of meals. The place is a short drive from downtown Hartwell, where I enjoyed some great coffee. Perfect getaway spot.
