This beachfront condo offers an open layout with the living room, dining area, and kitchen sharing one big space. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous blue cabinets and black countertops. Store your groceries and keep them fresh in the French door fridge, or treat yourself with a steamy cup of coffee each morning thanks to the coffee maker available. The kitchen also boasts a breakfast bar with four stools and a wet bar with a coffee station featuring a FlexBrew coffee maker.

The dinner table is located right by the kitchen and has enough space to seat six people comfortably, perfect for family meals. Then, gather around the TV and stream your favorite movies or series while snuggling up on one of the sofas available. The living room offers nothing but comfort and relaxation with comfortable furniture. Take in unparalleled views of the ocean and the beach from your private balcony - it features two wooden chairs and a high table with four stools. Prepare delicious cocktails using the blender and some snacks and experience an unforgettable time on the balcony while the sun sets in the distance.

The bedrooms available offer a TV each one, but only the main bedroom has direct access to the balcony and an ensuite full bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combo. The guests' bathroom also has a tub/shower combo. Book this coastal gem and enjoy the shared outdoor pool and fitness center.

Perfect family friendly condo!
I have stayed at the calypso resort many times and this condo has been my favorite! Coffee bar was stocked with a variety of flavors. Several family games for rainy days. Full size washer was a big plus! They even had nets, flash lights and beach stuff you could use.. the kitchen had everything you needed! We will be booking here again.

Great view of the ocean from our bedroom and livingroom. From the front door you could see Pier Park. The place was very clean and supplies were provided as starts. AC kept us cool with no problems. I highly recommend this place for anyone who need a place for 8 to 10 people. 3rd room bunkbeds, bottom seems to be a Full or Queen size. 3 couples would surely enjoy this. I would stay there again.

The view is to die for. Quiet which we love. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Love the big master walk-in shower. Unit is in definite need of updating, general repairs and cleaning especially the floors, and living room furniture.

We loved everything about our stay!! It is walking distance to so much and great location right on the beach! We wish the parking garage was not so hectic but overall a great stay! We would def come back! Loved that there were beach chairs and some sand toys! The kids and teens loved it all!

Great place! Parking was an obstacle to start the trip.
Everything about the place was as listed. We had a great experience there. The parking arrangement could be improved upon.. Prior to arrival I was supposed to receive an email with a link to purchase parking passes. I never received said email, so I had to speak with VRBO who reached out to the front desk. They ended up sending me the emailed parking pass link ($20 per vehicle). The parking pass required to be printed and placed in the vehicle, so I went to the front desk to ask them to print for me. All of this could have been avoided by sending the parking email originally, as the check-in email stated.

Great photos-not very clean.
We made the best of our family vacation in this unit even with some issues. When we checked in, there was a foul smell- we couldn’t find the origin until we opened the cabinet under sink and flies started coming out- a leak on the disposal- totally disgusting. I had no choice but to try my best to clean it- they later sent someone out but he couldn’t fix it. It was too bad the photos couldn’t show the dirty arm rests, stained pillows and dirty rugs and towels on this seemingly beautiful space. The dryer was also broken (took forever to dry anything). This unit needs some real cleaning and sprucing up!

Ok, but not worth what you pay….
The unit was somewhat comfortable for us as we stay in the same unit layout every year. So that was fine. The unit was clean but not “clean” as we found hair on the bathroom floors, grime and sand along the floorboards throughout, toe nails in the living area rug, and the railing on the deck was sticky. Where the other issues lye are with your check in/out times and procedures. We arrived a little early and called Vacasa to see if we could check in before 4:00pm. We spoke with a representative who said it may be until 6:00-7:00pm before our unit was ready. Totally unacceptable. However, staying at the Calyspo for the last 12 years we come to realize when the blinds are drawn in the unit, typically that’s an indicator that the unit is ready. We told the rep that we’re there at the unit and there were no cleaning crews in sight and our check time (4:00) was now only about 45 minutes away. As frustrated as we were we left to go “drive around” until Vacasa called us back… Thankfully, they called back shortly after we left the property to tell us our unit was ready… Ok??? This was 10 minutes after we got off the phone with them. We we’re told that they sent an inspector up shortly after our phone conversation, the inspector I guess discovered what we already knew. We returned and loaded in. Once in and settled we noticed The master bedroom bed was on a constant “lean” to the left and remained that was our entire stay. I discovered as we were packing up that the the boxspring was not laying firmly on the bed frame, I adjusted it and it just fell off again, there was no way it would stay on the frame. A simple middle support beam would fix that problem for future guests. We were uncomfortable in the bed the entire stay. An easy fix I know but something guests paying an exorbitant amount of money per night to stay in a home shouldn’t have to deal with. At all. Upon our checkout day (10:00 check out time) at 9:08am we get a knock on the door, the cleaning service was already there? We had just started packing. I told them we would be in the unit until 10:00… I’m sorry to have had these issues as Vacasa is usually pretty good to work with. We most likely will be moving along to another booking company after this experience.

Parking and checking in were a breeze. The amenities provided were great, we had a couple of small issues - ice maker wasn't working, bit of a mess in a bedroom, both were addressed in a timely manner. Ice maker couldn't be repaired but it didn't ruin our trip. I have extremely high cleaning standards and I would say overall that rating would have been a 7 of 10. There were several sand toys and coolers, a boogie board, games, books and movies in the unit. It would have been hard for anyone to be bored. The view was amazing, nice quiet unit not near elevator or trash chute. Plenty of space and kitchen amenities. Appreciated the provided coffee and beginner toiletries. We had a great time and have already re-booked for next year!

Vacasa is the worst property management company I and 3 other adults have ever had the displeasure with experiencing. The condominiums are clearly over crowded, not enough carts, not enough parking, always an excuse and always a reason for why you can’t do something that’s pretty normal for a family of 6, (ex: 2 luggage carts per unit is too many?) that’s ridiculous, and we were told there wasn’t enough parking spaces for 3 passes, yet the 6th and 7th floor of the parking deck were vacant, the elevators are as slow and as hot as traffic on Front beach rd. We will not be back. The actual unit we stayed in was great, however it is unfortunate it is in such a poorly managed, poorly maintained, building.

Wonderful Condo
My family of 6 stayed along with my inlaws, so 8 in total. This worked great for our family as we brought a long a toddler cot for our 4 year old. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view is also quite amazing. We love Calypso and have stayed at another, small condo on another trip, but would for sure stay at this condo again for an extended family trip. Check out process was very easy for us and only asked us to do minimal things. The master shower was awesome and master bedroom was very spacious. We even found a game cabinet. The only issue we had was the wifi wasn't working. When we inquired we were told to just connect to one of the other wifi connections around us. That felt odd and didn't have the best connection, but it was okay, not the worst thing to happen at the beach!

Excellent condo!
This condo was amazing! The decor and furniture made it feel like we were right at home. The kitchen had an ice maker which made trips to the beach using the provided cooler simple. The included coffee bar was a major perk of this condo. The owner has made some recent upgrades that include countertops, master bathroom shower, and furniture. One of the best parts was the four included beach chairs! The view from the balcony was great to wake up and see to start your day and even better to end the day watching the sunset over the pier. Its obvious that the owner is passionate about providing a great place to stay for those who are lucky enough to vacation to PCB. The resort was clean, quiet, and a great environment for all ages. The pools were extremely well taken care of and the beach was in excellent condition The parking was also a breeze at the parking garage that belongs to the property. If I could give 10 stars, I would! This is the place to stay if you are looking for a high quality, well taken care of condo that sits on the beach. I would recommend staying at this condo to anyone!
