Shared washing machine. Court + small ground in common. Ski St François Longchamp/Valmorel 17km (only by road D213 via St Martin la Chambre). Snowshoes at 4km. Access to the cottage in winter by a staircase from the public car park; in summer, possibility of parking in the yard. Renovated presbytery in the heart of the village, located 17km from the slopes. On a south-east facing hillside. Superb environment of forests and meadows. Pleasant and comfortable cottage. large tarmacked courtyard and small landscaped lot. Very nice unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains.
